Whoa, whoa, hold on… we're just having fun here. None of this is Haiku in the strict Japanese sense, so where are we gonna draw the actual line? Ok, so you might say, "well in English we do our Haiku's like so: 5 7 5." Uh huh, except there's supposed to be a kireji (cutting word), and a kigo (a seasonal reference). And generally rhyming is not included as a part of the Haiku.
But guess what? I'm from New York and I love hip-hop. I'd rather make technically deficient Haiku outta clever, terse hip-hop wordplay patterns with about 40% raw poetry from the heart, put it on a plate and wear it on my sleeve…
Now back to our regularly scheduled Haiku Train…

While there's generally no English equivalent, I think the best way to describe it is to say: "it's a word that emphasizes the preceding word or words. Cutting a poem into two parts, it implies an equation, while inviting the reader to explore their interrelationship" (from Wikipedia). What -pray tell- is a 'cutting word'?
Ha! I see what you did there…Does 'papercut' qualify?

It can also be 3-5-3
A haiku also can be written in a 3-5-3 syllable structure. While the traditional English format is 5-7-5, many modern poets prefer 3-5-3. Because English syllables pack in more information than Japanese on (sounds), 3-5-3 often provides the same sense of brevity and direct imagery.
Example of a 3-5-3 Haiku:
Cold wind blows (3)
The dark night (5)
Brings the snow (3)
