Interesting read, but should probably be added that the author is based in Australia. Also, it's nearly impossible to meet your your shortfall with food unless you 100% tailor your diet to it and eat extra on top.

I used to try eat 6 egg yolks a day and always eat salmon or mackerel Everday to try meet it by diet..

Well that was dramatic. The sky opened on my way to the shops, and soon the rain was bouncing off the ground. Parts of the pavements were like a river. Fork lightning too.
Took shelter for a while and didn't fancy the pub, so once it eased up a little I braved it.
Of course, as soon as I get in the door, the rain stops.

Well, looks like sweating season has begun.
An early walk to buy a Karpackie and I had to switch to a t shirt under my jacket. Cairde na hÉireann, for any Glaswegians.
Jacket may have been unnecessary, but even dossers have standards sometimes.
I can guarantee that all the local bald white fellas will be choosing from their multiple pairs of shorts this week. Always the way.

Warm, but cloudy in my neck of the woods today. Struggling to find the motivation to finish mowing the lawn at the mo'. Stocked up on Karpackie now, so i'll be tackling it like a whirling dervish soon...
But yesterday was fuckin' amazing - at least it was down Uttoxeter. Hot, but not humid. Proper skin cancer weather.

Well if this is just the start. Bloody hot and and up reaching 31C Tuesday. Humidity is atm 72% wind 1 ~2. And that seems to last an entire week. 
Visited someone that had the swimming pool ready. That would have seemed crazy would you tell me that 3 days ago. Walking home 21 oclock kids were still playing in the municipal padding pool. The fans/ ventilators are about ready one standing aside just needs a little oil. Well i need a little oil to. is there something the lubricate humans

Yup. Specs costings calorie information allergen sheets not to mention prepping and launching the cunt. Went well though company CEO turned up for the launch and loved it so brownie points for Shinji.

My van thermometer (which reads outside temperature) went up to 43C at one point. I know its not that accurate, and usually reads about 4 or 6 degrees over, but even so...
