Hi,
I'm brand new to this forum but am not at all new to the world of psychoactives and Psychonautics (so to speak).
I have lurked for about 15 years (ish) this and drugs forum and psychonaut wiki etc.
Anyway...
I am currently on methadone (which isn't working as it always has [been on and off for 21 years] and it's lost its desirable effect.
I have increased my dose from 25mg to 55mg but really docs have me on 65 I just take out 10ml and send it down the sink so I'm left with 55ml as it's pointless taking the extra 10 ml and merely adds an extra 10ml to my rattle when I choose to come off.
I have been advised numerous times I am likely ADHD and need meds which will help with my addiction issues and impulsivity and use of iv cocaine (occasionally) and Clonazapam (mostly medically [not prescribed] I use it to assist in getting to gym and functioning while my methadone has basally stopped working).
2 year ago I was the fittest I had ever been (6 pack/incredible body and attention from females half my age) yet I never succumbed to the flirting or the desire to make my addictive personality latch onto a new toy (or 10) (this sounds disrespectful and I don't mean it to. I merely mean I class new interests as toys so I know how it could sound mentioning women then Toys but I don't see woman as such and respect them dearly. My heart is still with my ex and children's mother. my discipline solely at the gym.
My issue (sorry it takes so long to get to the point but I am undiagnosed ADHD [alleged] and....) anyway.
I am worried about doctors/psych docs just assuming I am drug seeking for methylphenidate or dexamphetamine etc and not having a genuine issue.
It is/was my addiction doc who told me to get help for my ADHD and he had me do assessments for ADHD and Autism and said I no doubt have ADHD but need an official diagnosis and once I'm treated and on stable meds then cocaine (that actually chills me out) and the legal highs (so to speak) a-PVP, 3-fa, 6-APB, NEP, 2-MMC, 3-CMC & MDPHP (freebase) among many others I can/have obtained are all atoms and they merely calm my mind and cause a paradoxical effect in me where I can focus except for 6-APB where the entactogenic (MDMA like effect) causes me to merely wanna hug and make love to everyone (making love to the females though

Point being was stims cause me to be calm and to be able to process info where sedatives just blunt me and allow me to function based on not worrying.
I am worried that doctors/psych docs and whoever will just see a junkie and not a patient with ADHD who needs treatment to assist in stabilising and getting off my methadone (for a start).
I have already refused to increase past the 55mg mark by manually removing 10ml out my bottles as the only 65ml dose I took just put me to sleep.
If this is read or even allowed (I apologise for its length and possible flightiness and lack of sense [it's how my mind works sober other than my methadone and a small dose of Clonaz to function or I would be asleep]).
I ask if people think a doc (in UK) could/would look past 55mg methadone and 5 imprisonments and multiple historic drug uses (everything except crack cocaine) and prescribe me meds that would actually work to treat ADHD if I am diagnosed?
