when you hear someone talk about a dimebag generally they are talking about weed but now a days it has multiple meaning and it all depends on how you use it..in drug "weight" terms a dime bag weighs 1.75 grams or half an 8th(3.5grams)...now when your talking "prices" then dimebag is a generic term for $10 but unless your buying crack, dope or some reggie, no one sells $10bags anymore..at least not where i live, its all dubs ansd up..
now not everybody weighsd they shit out..some people just stuff the bag full of weed and what ever fits is what you get..these are the bags they use "dimebags"

my question to you..
is the reason why the UK has such shitty dope and shitty dealers because most of the dealers are users? or do you got them money makers out there doing it on their own ..like whats the uk scene like? do you cop off of whgite people or africans or whats the deal?
uk dope scene was one of the best in europe up until 2008 maybe has good has portugal . But most of the street deals are run by kids who want maximum profit with no care for product quality. If you know pakistani people with links back home you will still get gear has good has what was before the drought.
didn,t new york have a big drought in the 70,s the french connection the uk will recover hopefully but for weights it is usually jamacians but shitty gear.
pakistani for smaller deals but better gear ,whites are usually user dealers but may seek out better stuff who wants to do shit gear . If you don,t inject but snort then smoking number 3 would be way better 4 ya body than sticking that shit up yer nose

Same here, and I'm not from Denver, but I always managed to use my dope radar I seem to have in my eyes/head and find a hookup there, I got powder in Denver last time, white powder, from east coast I guess..weird to get white powder I denver tho..lol..I was shocked..lol.and happy as hell..it cost more than the tar of course, but it was worth every penny, it actually cost more than in most places in the Eastern US actually, northeast for sure, but it was not so expensive for the purity that I even thought about complaining about it, decent price regarless actually, I was happy before I even did any, i knew it had to be pretty decent , but it was some fire..

Man i just read that in wichita,Kansas that back in july they busted a group of cats there selling stamped bags from a NY source!! Stamps in Kansas, I was about to trip out..lol...looks like from the article and the charges that they got hundreds of stamps of powder from NY via the mail and sold them in Kansas!! I won't list a price they said was being charged but it was twice as much an NY or more, from what I hear..suprised it was not even more than it was, but I guess the dealers made so much money off the stamps that they were expanding the market for powder..Crazy how people mail dope and stuff like that!! No way I would be mailing or getting mail with a bunch of dope in it, but many people do, at least they did!!

What fuckin planet was the Philadelphia you visited on? North Philly is NOTORIOUS as prob the biggest open air market still up and running, with maybe The Tenderloin in San Fran giving it a run for its money.
You're way more likely to get busted by cops in Camden cuz there isn't fuckin nothing there, at least iin N Philly you could be a student from Temple or somethin.
Saying Philly has somewhat of open air and Camden has great open air is a joke. You might have 20 DECENT/FIRE dope corners running in Camden on a good day, while you got 50 on a bad day in N. Philly and hundreds on a hot summer day

the uk scene ime is all heroin using, white dudes who are runners, ya ring them on mobile phones and they come out to you usually on a bike, you usually have to know them in some way, introduced etc..?
its minimum £10 bags in small clingfilm seal burnt wrap usualy 0.2 most places, discounts with bulk buys. although becoming rarer after 8 month drought etc.. dope is always heavily cut afgan brown, no open air scenes and little diffence in other parts country in quality or price ime. The higher level dealers who employ junkies to serve for them tend not to use H. this all in my experience of 8 years H use ,H quality in UK has dropped last 5 years quite a bit imo.

This post is directed at Davis and his post 3 or 4 up about the bust in Wichita Kansas.
FIRST OFF I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING THE INFORMATION BELOW IS JUST BASED ON INFORMATION I HAVE READ THROUGH OUT THE INTERWEBS AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY SOURCES TO BACK ANYTHING SAID UP. I HAVE NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND DO NOT INTENT TO DO SO. THE IDEA HAS JUST ALWAYS INTREAGED ME.
MODS: IF THIS IS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL DELEATE IT. I JUST WANTED TO SHARE WHAT I HAVE FOUND AND MAYBE GET SOME FEED BACK AS TO THE VALIDITY OF MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAWS.
I have to say that from what I understand if one does it correctly, is very careful and has a good system/plan the whole dope in the mail thing is really not as bad of an idea as it may seem. Depending on the situation and setup it can also be relatively safe.
One of the advantages one has by using the US mail system is that they (local, state alphabet) need to establish probable cause and get a warrant to open the package WITHOUT holding up or delaying the shipment. I.E. they have to do all of this without interfering with the packages progress and with in the time frame the package is supposed to be in USPS possession.
So for example an express package sent right before the cut off time should be delivered by noon the next day (depending on shipping and delivery location). The package is going to be processed through at least 3, if not 4 or 5, different locations in less than a 24 hour period. Once you take the time in transit and sitting on a truck/plane into account the package only spends a very small amount of time at any one place providing a very small window of opportunity for the appropriate steps to be taken to make a legal search of the package, test the substance, repackage so that it does not look like its been tampered with and set up proper controlled delivery. Keep in mid this all has to legally be done with out interfering with the normal movement and processing of the package.
Then you also have to keep in mind that anyone can send anyone a package and unless one is being stupid when arranging shipments one always has plausible deniability on ones side. Remember they have PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that you knowingly and willingly arranged for said package with said drugs to be delivered to you.
The third and final step in the process that give the receiver a large cushion of protection is that they have to make sure that the receiver has opened the package, inspected the contents and has willingly taken the contents into their possession before they can raid the recipients location and make an arrest that will stick in court.
If the receiver lets the package sit without opening it and they get raided, LE is going to have a very hard time proving that the receiver knew what was in the package, let alone proving that they have actually even taken possession of anything. In a situation like this LE better have a lot of really good hard independent evidence outside of the package showing that the receiver is involved in the sale and distribution of said drug. In this case if they have that much evidence the receiver is fucked anyway regardless, and the package is just the icing on the LE’s Cake adding a whole new set of charge to the charges that would eventually be brought on the receiver anyway.
I guess what I am getting at is that if one is using the mail to send/receive drugs on a large scale it is going to be an investigation into their end level distribution, not the package itself that is going to get them caught. The controlled delivery of one of their shipments is just going to be a means to an end, and a way to turn a small time dealer into a big time criminal due to all of the extra charges that would be involved due to the use of the mail.

AFOAF once was in Thailand and sent back in regular airmail a small amount with no problems. It seems like this would be a regular thing in todays market.

Right exactly, I felt it was very similar to copping where I am used to copping on the street, that is to say, the West Coast. I don't know so much about how the East Coast works but it seems like they have more established, precise corners where you'll see the same dealers day after day and you know where to find them. On the West Coast it's more like a general region of several blocks where you put in your walking and maybe talk to a couple people, all casual, before you get pointed to someone that hooks you up. But these are sometimes in pedestrian-friendly areas too, so it doesn't really look suspicious to see someone walkin around and chatting with people, drawback is that sometimes there's heavy police presence in those areas.
That's cool and crazy that you got some white powder there though. Most times I've been up there I have only seen tar, and it looked pretty similar to what I get on the West Coast. Probably similar origin point or something, the powder that I've gotten once or twice was miles beyond any powder I've seen on the West Coast though. I have a feeling that is what powder is supposed o be like, not the west coast powder shit where you bang a halfgram of it over the course of 15 minutes because each shot has you wondering why youre not high yet.
