If you keep paper in the right conditions it can last basically forever but yea I agree with you that the dots seem like a safer bet.
 
They're just pressed pills with LSD inside them. They come in a bunch of different shapes (stars, spacecraft, circles, etc) but are all very small.

Back in the day microdots contained anywhere from (90–350 µg/tab), whereas these days they are being reported as closer to (12–85 µg/tab, average range 30–40 µg/tab). Not saying that there aren't still some really strong microdots out there, but they aren't the Orange Sunshine that used to be around. I also read that average purity of seized LSD is around 65% these days.

You are thinking of Gordon Todd Skinner making poor quality batches of LSD. Pickard was making tan/beige colored LSD crystal that was not completely pure. It was not black. Skinner made a few batches of black LSD after Pickard had been busted. Krystle Cole Skinner detailed that information in her book Lysergic that is available to read on her site neurosoup.
 
i will post up a picture tomorrow of the dots.... im told they are 150ug, and that seems about right...

I've heard before that the Orange Sunshine the Brotherhood spread was actually ALD-52. I wasn't even alive then so I wouldn't really know,
 
I don't think so. Do you have any source to prove that? I feel like everything I've heard regarding Orange Sunshine states that it was some of the most pure/best acid ever around.
 
Don't think there is a way to know for sure without being the chemist, it could have really been 300 microgram doses. The Wiki article for ALD-52 says when Sand and Scully were on trial, they claimed Orange Sunshine was ALD-52. this could have been just to avoid prosecution, who knows? Either way it didn't work because you have to produce LSD to make ALD-52.

Mine were made of food gelatin. Melt in your mouth, and maybe in your hand if you hold it long enough 8o

EDIT: Those dots were the shit. I've had some family White Fluff since then, and while it is very good cid, those dots were just laid extremely heavily. 150 - 175ug I'd say if I had to dare to compare between strictly what I've been told. I'll include a picture of the fluff I got if anybody is curious (Although it should still be in this thread somewhere).

This pink paper is bunk, pretty sure its DOB. Taste absolutely horrible, like chewing an aspirin. I was giving half a strip at a festival recently to try out, I put a tab in my mouth earlier and after 10 seconds or so spit it out.

Ive still got half a sheet of the "weird" tasting yellow bordered cartoon shiva's. Those things are fucking awesome. Granted they taste weird too, but nothing like this.

I have only ever come across blotter, gel tabs, and liquid LSD. I have always imagined microdots or barrels as hard pills; similar to a roll, but smaller. If they are made out of gelatin, does that give them a consistency closer to a fruit snack?

EDIT: Like a really thick, star-shaped gel tab?

Think semi-hard food stuff that you might decorate a cupcake with. It felt somewhat hard in my hand but it melted almost immediately when it hit the inside of my mouth under my tongue.

Both are batches of white fluff, the top print I believe is bob marley but I didn't get to see the whole picture. I'm not sure what the second one was. The liquid is of the same potency and quality.

I have a little chunk of the top pictured blotter stashed away. Ate 3 at a festival last weekend and had one of the most euphoric and visually/auditorially stimulating trips i've had in a long time. Top quality stuff for sure. <3

I will be eating 2 tommorrow and exploring some museums and outdoor music productions. I haven't eaten this blotter in a few months I think it'll be a good kick-off to summer.
