Yo its true bth is nasty when ya gota cook it up and bang it. Imagine missing a shot of that shit. I have never missed a shot, ever. So i couldnt tell you from personal experience. But damn i have seen many absceces. Terrible..

But i wondered why people thought it was bad for veins. After one year of shooting my veins didnt shrink at all, or get damaged. Prolly cause i used a new rig everytime. When you do it right you should barely be able to feel it penetrating. I dont have any scars from it. But if i kept it up i bet eventually it would fuck my veins up. I knew a dude who had to shoot in foot neck or skinpop, a 50 year old dopehead. Veins elsewhere gone.



But........smoking bth is not too bad.. aint really gross. Well at first it tastes too strong. Takes some getting used to. But youll grow to like that taste eventually. To me it reminds me of bbq sauce.
 
^ Well I hear that you get better tar in Arizona than in most of Cali, so I think it's most of the Cali heads that say their veins get destroyed by the BTH.
 
Man people love their bth. Once i read that a dealer here in phoenix got robbed of an ounce of h and he was stabbed multiple times in the chest. There was 3 conspirators. One girl that was a driver. A guy that used to sell for the victim, and a man that was..hired muscle.

They went to dealers residence, a decent hotel. The man who knew the dealer was let in by the dealer..whichs when another man entered the hotel room brandishing a knife. He rushes the victim and stabs him multiple times, fortunately not fatally.

The robbers found an ounce of bth and made off with it. Allegedely the knifeman received a shot of heroin for his involvement.

The victim was found in the parkinglot of the hotel, he waz bleading profusely, in bad shape. He lives to tell the police what exactly happened. All three participants of the crime were eventually arrested.

Can you believe he only got one shot for stabbing the guy??
 
I don't usually drop in here, but I watched that documentary today...it was definitely one of the better drug documentaries I've seen yet. Update on youtube? I must go find this...
 
That documentary is pretty old, I remember when it first came out..anyway I bet a few things might have changed since the documentary, mostly the people I imagine and probably even worse quality tar than ever..They sell it so cheap, with that shit IMO as far as Cali. tar goes ,you get what you pay for mostly, cheap ass tar= cheap ,weak ,really dirty dope..Ariz. and New Mexico have cheap tar, maybe a bit more coslty than the 3 grams you can buy in SF for less than a bill, but the ARIZ. and NM tar and Mexican Brown are so much purer on avg. even for a small amount ,it is worth more cash than the SF tar..lol..I bet there is more dope in a 1/2 gram of the "fire tar" in Ariz. than in 2 or 3 grams of SF tar!!

I was thinking the same thing about finding an update. I watched the doc before going to bed and then had a pretty bad dream about it. I knew bt was bad for your veins but I didn't know it was like that, WOW!

Yeah I know what you mean man. Anyway, I'm not from the Westside of the US and I just hear of cats in Ohio and certain places that get really good tar, call it "fire tar" or some shit,lol..I don't call tar fire anyway, And I have done some pretty damn good tar in New Mexico and some from Ariz.. it was not fire like the fire ass powder dope I have done and get normally, but I just smoked the tar the few times I have done it, I am a snorter of dope anyway, so I dunno how the full effects of tar injected are versus injecting some high grade SA powder dope, only injected powder a few times , and that was like 5 or 6 + years ago, and I have only smoked tar, so i dunno.
But I was refereing to cheap tar as the San Francisco tar that is shitty and is like 3 grams for a C-note, I think in Cali. tar, you get what you pay for, that shit was easy IMO for anyone ,balls or not to get, but was shitty quality, not like the shit in Ariz.. I know Ariz. has the good dope for cheap, but IMO from what I have seen and heard from some West coast people, you get what you pay for with cheap tar, so you buy the cheapest dope = dirtiest,lowest purity shit, versus paying a bit more and getting decent dope..
 
I was talkin about picking up a zip..not some cut to shit dope 3g for a bill shit..and shooting tar has been amazing for me. Usually id put .1 or maybe .2 a shot and that would have me in nod land. Sometimes id get scared of falling out or oding shooting like .3 or .4 the rush would hit me too hard actually cause i would be afraid of falling out for good. It felt like getting hit by a freight train of pleasure, i cant really describe it its so crazy. So the shit i got didnt lack in potency, but ya people get bad abscesses missing tar shot.
 
Saw documentary. I think it was originally called black tar heroin or something like that. At any rate, I moved to the City to get clean in 98 where I stayed clean for 3.5 years. met someone from that documentary who had managed to get clean for some time and become a drug counselor.

But anyway, I relapsed in 02'- San Francisco was easy to score dope on the streets in the mission back then but the dope was shit- you'd buy dimes that were ballons wrapped in cellophane that contained a bag of black and bag of white. Would go to this corner that is probably mentioned in the docu. Dopefiends would usually appraoch you asking if you needed outfits then they'd bring you to the mexican dealers. At any rate my girl ran into her old connect and we started meeting him in EPA (East Palo Alto were he lived that was closer to us- would go to his crib.) The dope was prety shitty- cheaper than when I had been living in San Diego but horrible quality that varried. So I got on juice, took me 135 mg before I stoped chipping on top.

Anyway, stayed off dope moved back to SD, got takehomes- 6 a week, then relapsed. Met a connect from the clinic through an old partner of mine. Anyway, the dope I was getting 05-07 was fire: the cost had dropped and quality improved since 98' 3g for a Franklin. But been outta the game for a few years because I got clean again. Have no idea about price or quality, but I know dopefiends cross into TJ regularly because of the open air maket there, last I heard. But I hear that AZ has much better Tar these days from people who have moved here to get clean.

In 05' on a trip, the mission scene was diminished. The TL was were the center of gravity had shifted.

i'm not on this thread that much these days but it makes for less depressing posting than the UK counterpart were the talk is always the same "I'm starting to get fire...everbody has bash...when its gonna end...finally got pre drought gear...next day or week...the gears gone to shit." "Whens the new harvest?- sick of this shit- it takes 18 months to get to UK/Eire." Sad people tortured by obssessing on dope and when its going to go back to pre drought- even though most are on the Green Juice they give dopefiends (methadone). I think they have to get used to the new dope scene as things don't seem like they are going to change.

They make compelling arguments for heroin maintenance as a form of harm reduction and a bridge to getting clean.
 
^ I pop into that UK thread every so often when I am bored. It seems like not much has changed since I first heard of it in January.

I know were not talking about getting some cut to shit dope, I said that was SF dope scene, never said you were picking up that shit!! Read my post better man! I know of being a 1/4 gram in NM that was 60%+ pure for cheap, not even having to fuck with a zip . Anyway, I was trying to say that the dope on average in Ariz. and NM in street amounts was a lot purer than Cali. dope..anyway I used to pick up zips of "raw" SA powder for pretty cheap, not trying to dicksize, why were you? lol..anyway I don't care if you were talkign about a zip or a gram, the dope in Ariz. is so much better than Cali. was the point of the post!!
lol,and the only reason I smoked tar and not shoot it, was I prefer to snort my powder dope and so I smoked the tar, not wanting to shoot any dope , I had to smoke the tar , ya understand?! Anyway I shot powder a few times and 1/2 a point of the shit would make me nod, and I was opiate tolerant then, but I was used to pills and shit, but I had a high tolerance, this powder I shot was just extra good compared to normal, I guess becasue I was doing it for the first time with a relative who has been on dope for 30+ years ,so he has a hookup for plenty of fire powder, so he hooked me up with a extra strong shot my first time..lol,too bad the powder I get isn't always that fire.

Yea my man. San Jose in sep 98'. I went when I had approx 90 days. Clapton played. I was depressed because I had gotten clean in San Francisco living with my cousin but the plan was to stay the summer- after which I moved to San Jose, not nearly as cool a place- but my parents had a property they were gonna let me stay in if I stayed clean. The convention reivigorated me and there were mostly people from CA, and the Bay Area particularly, but I met people from every continent. Met a few people from San Jose. Lots of energy being surrounded by tens of thousands of clean addicts.

Yea World is in SD this year in sep. AA international young peoples is in San Francisco, though the same month (hopefully on a different weekend.)

Its a cool experience- see people from around the world.
 
Anyone else have trouble finding dope in Houston? And by trouble, I mean I've been adamantly trying to score for over a week now. Does it exist there, or only in Austin?

I went to one in Tucson, saturday morning. Super nice Hilton resort with an awesome view of a mountain.

Dude i have not seen so many dope fiends and gangsters all in one place..shit tripped me out!

And there was a lot of hot girls.

Usually its a 3 day event, but i jusf went the one day. Next time im gona get a room for that shit...

But def i want to go to conventions in Cali and Nevada.


Oh ya i havent done dope in 50 days my how time flies.

It's pathetic. Either the junkies from the UK that frequent these boards are weekend warriors, chippers or unlucky with no connects or the UK heroin scene just sucks but I highly doubt that. Heroin production in Afghanistan is at an all time high, they have a 2-3 year stockpile of opium in bunkers all over the country. After Russia.. the UK is the #2 end destination for users. The criminal syndicates bringing it in don't seem to be having any major problems. I think it's because there is a lack of a street scene in the UK and everyone has to go through middlemen to get shit and people probably take tastes and step on it every transaction. If you know a good dealer who is somewhat high on the ladder, not talking source like kilogram weight but ounces/pounds then you should be getting fire in the UK. Granted, some of the dope goes through transit through a lot of countries and could be getting stepped on the way, but a lot of it is directly shipped right into the UK via ships/airports/etc. I hear the dope in Ireland/Scotland isn't bad and that's coming from the UK mostly as a transit point. It's lack of a street scene is my guess. There is plenty of heroin in the UK. 2nd in consumption after Russia. Then Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, etc.. and you know the dope in those countries is decent/fire.

Their is a Heroin Shortage all over Europe , with Sweden being the only notable exeption.
I've been on Heroin over 15 years n i've got plenty of connects , this is the worst i've ever seen it .
 
^ I think I read that they are holding onto the stockpile of H, kinda like a.... well, stock. Prices rise due to increased demand, and then they can sell the same amount for a lot more money. I may be wrong, but I used to read that thread pretty often and I believe that was mentioned.
