My man in N Brum has changed his stuff recently and I'm delighted to say that it IS better. Real gear! If u spend £50 then u can get a proper nod from it. Still not back to 'normal' but better at least! I'd give it 6/10.

yeah, i got 2 15 bags (combined size equivalent to an old 10b) and was scratching ,and driftin in and ou of sleep, %) but it just doesnt seem the same still....ho hum,,,,, it has atleast changed me habits and me desires...... ;)these things happen for reasons, and well, i m so much happier now than i was in january

you can get the testing kits blondin woz goin on about.google powder testing kits and you will find.ive seen them on aussie customs programme aswell.food shit here,north devon,has been since mid dec really.had one ok bit.

you can't get home kits which can tell you the percentage purity of any drug.
government agencies have the kit to do it but there is not such thing as a home kit.

Aint been on for time, cos been workin like a madman since i got me payrise, and smokin too! Been quite controlled over the smokin tho recently managed to reduce to about one nice boot a day (as in a point 3) after work, mind u it aint that hard on 80mls is it?
I last scored about one week ago, back in bath, and again its decent. It aint exactly like what I had off him last time, but almost identical. He reckoned it is slightly stronger, I reckon slighly less but still nice. Light tan brown, softish big lumps, orange/crimson on the foil, very strong opium taste which takes me back 6 years to wen I started, and a decent nod. Well worth 115 on the 8. Plenty of it available too. Not sure where it comes from, guy always used to go Bris but I aint had a decent chat wiv him since he started to get this better new stuff and dropped prices, so reckon he has a new contact. Anyways peace everyone, soz to those who still cant get gear obviously my predictions lookin like a load of cack now! sorry if I got any1s hopes up, its just weird innit, I darent tell my dealer that some folk in the UK would pay £90 for a g of what he's selling! Peace all laterz

Just to proove it 2 all u cunts i cheecked it out on this gr8 thing that i brung back from Amsterdam, it test's the purity of the gear and is incredibly accur8, his name is Carl and the only prob is it need 4-5 gramz put into him and my Dawn to give him a gobble b4 u get a proper reading but its def 86% and worth it so luv and peaz, i rekon i could sell this for £100 a gram to daft baghead's wot havent a clue but dont want 2 mess me karma and all that so i keeps it light and Dawn say's u shd all do the same and another thing ( cont p 94 )
 
This is my first post people as since the end of November there has been nothing to report from my way ( Small village In Leicestershire) One person I see has just started to get some decent stuff over the past few weeks but is travellin a fair way for it, but it has been there regular now for a couple of weeks, hope everyone else round my ways doin o.k, I tend to keep meself to meself and deal with as few people as poss, so dont really know how things are for others, Its been a bitch aint it. Anyway Ive been gettin a bit peeved with the purity testing kits argument, so heres my ten cents worth, There is such a thing as a narco pouch that you can buy online ( google narcopouch you'll find it) But it only tests for the drug in the powder and not purity as far as I can gather, this is what the narcs use on the airport programs me thinks, not havin a pop at either of ya, just tryin ta point the argument in the right direction. Take care all, and happy hunting

Never done smack dude, i'm just interested to see this situation in the country as the cocaine in the UK has sucked for a couple years too. Like you said street gear is oft mixed up with poison which is why i like things like opium which lasts long so you only have to dose once daily, & pharms where you know the quality & can control dosage without the risk of overdose.

However i know a couple of periodic h smokers & i've had plenty of chances to try, i've got nothing against those whose drug of choice is heroin it just sucks to see the people of the uk winding up with bogus heroin like coke user are most of the time.
 
Quite agree, Doppel...the deterioration in purity of coke on sale in the UK in my lifetime has been, well, criminal. As I think Cocteau said, a good pipe of good opium is all a man needs, balm to the troubled soul. Again a shame it's easier to get heroin because opium is too bulky profitably to smuggle; if peops go down for a kilo of either, they'll bring in the one that'll make them rich.

The Drug Laws are the only statute on UK books that criminalise a state of mind. Anything you might do under the influence is covered by existing provisions. A quite superfluous, hysterical moral madness that unfairly penalises one area of society for the paranoid fantasies of another. I'd like to see the TUC take up the drug cause, throw in the anti-war folk and a good demo is guaranteed. Peace, between nations or the ears, should not be so hard to find

I haven't posted on here in quite a while. PapaverSom - that's a good price for a Henry! I live quite near to Bath and just buy in quantity (normally a Henry). I cant believe you're getting it so cheap - you're lucky!
I got lucky and found a good dealer (for a change) a few months back. The stuff I've been getting has been pretty consistent and of late, has just got better and better. Although, I am paying £140 for the 8.
Did sommat really STUPID with about three of the Henry's I've got from dealer. I transferred the gear into another bit of plastic bag when I got it as the bag that it came in was pretty thin. My other half always cooks it up for me and as soon as it was in the barrel, there were all these bits floating around in it! This happened about five times and I nearly cried the last time it happened. I was doing fair sized hits i.e. about 0.37g at a time. The unfortunate thing was that with all the bits floating around in the barrel, it all started congealing and there was no way I was going to risk having a dirty hit. We finally figured out what the problem was - ink transferance from the bag I'd wrapped it in (it was part of a Supermarket plastic bag). So, now when I get my gear, I'm always careful to wrap it into a piece of plain plastic bag. I think in total, I wasted over 1.6 grams! Feel a right f'ing idiot! And, of course, a lot of money down the drain for nothing!
Anyway, as I said, the gear has been pretty good that I've been getting for the past two months or so now and obviously, having a high tolerance, I do have to do alot in one go to get a good nod but when I do, say, half a gram, it's a good buzz!
I am trying to cut down right now as spending way too much on the stuff. I've got a reduction plan that I'm working through. It has been pretty hard to stick to and I'm working on a twelve day reduction before switching over to my DF script. There's been a couple of days when I've had a bit more than I should have done (I'm doing three injections a day and cutting down a few points on a daily basis). I cant inject myself, well, I've tried to but have made a right mess of my arms. So, other half does it for me, which isn't fair on him at all. He's an ex heroin user and I know that he finds it hard to inject me as of course, it makes him want to use himself! I was given the ultimatum by him of either giving it up or him leaving. He's on 100ml of methadone a day and he is finding it difficult with heroin being around in the house all the time. I am being a right selfish sod carrying on doing it so that is why I am doing the reduction so hopefully, I will barely feel much in the way of a cluck when I switch to the DF's.

I dont know really what the situation is like around my area, as I do tend to keep myself to myself. I just get my gear off my dealer and it has been good, as I said earlier. What I have been getting has been holding me out and has been as good as the stuff I was getting last Summer before everything started going tits up with the gear in this area.
Is it picking up for others around the country?

Yep there are plenty of products to detect prescence of drugs just none for purity. You can make a guess at purity on the strength of a reagant reaction but not to any degree of accuracy.
 
A-level chemistry .....

With fairly rudimentary kit and "household or readily-available materials" you can measure the total alkaloid content of a sample; though this simple assay won't tell you by itself which alkaloids are present. Only acids, alkalis, salts and insolubles will be eliminated. So in practice, it only works so long as the cut is not another drug (which tend to be alkaloids, and so come through).

If you wanted to measure the purity of a sample, you would have to perform a titration with some reagent that reacted only with the specific substance in which you were interested, and (unless one of the reaction products is a gas or a solid which precipitates out) an indicator which changes colour in the presence of this reagent. This requires dropwise addition of the reagent to the sample using a graduated syringe or burette until all the original substance has been annihilated, which will be obvious from the indicator showing unreacted test reagent or the cessation of production of gas or precipitate; and some tedious but not especially complicated maths.

I'm from Bath area mate. Is that gear your getting a rock which when touched crumbles into fine dust? Has a red tint bettle and runs well with a taste of gear in it or is what you are getting a straight up powder?

Alright i'm from Bath as well , as you probably no their was a load of Busts round this way . Mainly street level Dealers i posted a link somewhere , i think i put it in the h social thread .

in a bid to stop the purity tests arguments, i have a idea everyone send me there samples and i'll tell you how good it is, consider me a home testing kit. but seriouly havent been on for a while, but things not that good but the town is getting gear from london geezers, which is about 50% the strengh it sud be, and the prob being one time u may get .2 for £20 the next .3 or maybe a lil more. there all proir done up and its a lottery to the one u pick there is no set size, . but on the main most peeps can score weight but prices silly. and gear no way back to what it sud
