Weak DRI + Weak dopamine releaser = Euphoria?

^ Yes, hypertensive crisis.

Basically similar to the "cheese syndrome".

This has way more to do with noradrenaline and adrenaline than dopamine. Tyramine causes it easily, but dopaminergic stimulants much less so (when combined with MAOIs)

Is there such a thing as "dopamine syndrome" in the same spirit of serotonin syndrome? Serotonin syndrome generally comes from an SSRI/serotonin releasing agent + MAOI. So would a DRI/dopamine releasing agent + MAOI result in "dopamine syndrome"?

Just talkin out of my ass here.

yes its called stimulant psychosis:\

Back to the opening post: BTCP is neither considered a weak DARI, nor do animal studies suggest a safe profile. Not a good suggestion in any respect. Cathinones are usually metabolized to the corresponding alcohols, which frequently show adrenergic side-effects.

I think that the idea in general is not feasible, too. Why solely influencing the intra- & extracellular DA-levels? Euphoria, as well as stimulation, is rarely an isolated effect of just one neurotransmitter, as I understood it.

How many have tasted DARIs that are highly selective for dopamine? How many of these lab-rats were cocaphiles or ritalin-heads, thus exhibiting favorable responses to DARIs in general?

mdpv? i loved it but i am a ritalin and coca lover:\

I have seen no evidence that mdpv is highly selective for dopamine. But we'd actually WANT cocaphiles for such data. Get a brain like mine in there, for example, and even the most delicious, refined DARI will seem like a piece of shit.
