I want to know what kind of training would be best to maximise my gains Cumming off a cycle would I have to train harder? Or easier?

Just keep training hard, keep calories and diet in check and adaquate rest.

"Cumming" off a cycle is the best nut lmao. Seriously though eat, eat, eat. Also only hit the gym 3-4 times a week doont over do it and do not CUT. People need to eat and rest to maintain gains along with the right PCT products. If you cut youll lost more then just strength.

lol..x2

I would actually recommend upping calories a bit during PCT...keep in mind that AAS aid in muscle recovery so expect some soreness you haven't had in a while, so you don't want to overtrain, but you want to keep training hard.

lol cumming funny cunt. thanks guys. i allso herd sumthing about cortisone levels in the blood when 'cumming' off a cycle becoming really high and puting you in an even more catabolic state i cant find much info on it though. dose any one know much about it???

it's actually cortisol levels, not cortisone, but yes it will be raised because AAS tend to block it. One of the best ways to avoid excessively elevated cortisol levels is to be disciplined with your postworkout nutrition. By supplying your body with exactly what it needs as soon as the workout is done, you'll jump-start your recovery and help blunt cortisol spikes. You could also look into ghrh/ghrp-6 peptides and IGF. Those will help as well. Supplementing with BCAA's, which should be a staple of any diet anyway, is a great way to help reduce the muscle wasting effects of cortisol as well.

Another good thing I found about it:

First we have to understand what causes cortisol, stress is the main factor, and what is stressed more during a cycle than the The adrenals , they are walnut-sized glands located on top of each kidney, where they serve as important manufacturing centers for many of the body’s hormones. The innermost section of each gland produces adrenaline and noradrenaline, the hormones named after them. The layers outside the center, called the adrenal cortex, produce several other hormones, including cortisol, as well as DHEA, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

The fundamental task of your adrenal glands is to rally all your body’s resources into “fight or flight” mode by increasing production of adrenaline and cortisol. When healthy, your adrenals can instantly increase your heart rate and blood pressure, release your energy stores for immediate use, slow your digestion and other secondary functions, and sharpen your senses.

Every challenge to the mind and body creates a demand on the adrenal glands. And the list of challenges is endless: lack of sleep, a demanding boss, the threat of losing your job, financial pressures, personality conflicts, yo-yo dieting, relationship turmoil, death or illness of a loved one, skipping meals, reliance on stimulants like caffeine and carbs, digestive problems, over-exercise, illness or infection, unresolved emotional issues from our past or present and more. The result is adrenal glands that are constantly on high alert.

To prevent this you need to get a Start with a high-quality multivitamin–mineral complex rich in stress vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids.
Also the addition of DHEA is a good idea.Adding Green leafy vegtables to your diet is required also for healthy adrenal gland function.
