I've made my mistakes in my life. I've let people take advantage of me and I've accepted way less than what I deserve. But, I've learned from my bad choices and even though there are some things I can never get back and people who will never be sorry. I know next time I won't settle for less than I deserve.
As we grow up we learn that even the person who wasn't supposed to let us down probably will. You'll have your heart broken, probably more than once, and its harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when someone broke yours. You'll fight with your best friend and maybe even all in love with them. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did and cry because time is passing too fast and you'll eventually lose someone close to you. So take too many pictures, laugh too much and love like you've never been hurt. Because every 60 seconds you spend angry or upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Isn't it funny that day by day nothing really changes, but when you looks back everything is different.
Hate is easy, it takes courage to love.
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
If you keep doing what you've always done you'll keep on what you always have; the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
-Albert Einstein
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearances, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. the only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude...I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes. - Charles Swindoll
