Calss 4: 1-3 ( 1 year parole) any to under 15 grams

usually 50% minus up to six months good time plus school good time up to 6 months (within first two bits) plus 3 to six months for earning GED (alsop only vailable first two bits)

No one is going to get 1-3 years for ANYTHING under 15 grams. Trust, if you get popped with even 2-3 grams they'll probably hit you with intent or conspiracy.

They're trying to make some drug cases 75% instead of 50% as well.

I knew someone that got popped out west by the TASC force they had one gram on them (he was serving but they didn't see any transactions) and he got 6 years for conspiracy.

I am currently in posession of the BEST bags with the green paper that everyone is ranting and raving about. I can't get real high til later but I just banged like a quarter of the bag and I got a slight buzz. There was absolutely no cut left back in the spoon, and it cooked up beautifully. Can't wait to dive right into these later.

Eight Suspected Chicago Gang Members Charged

Robert D. Grant, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), was joined today by Jody P. Weis, Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department (CPD), in announcing the arrest yesterday of six suspected members or associates of the Four Corners Hustlers, a Chicago-based street gang. A seventh suspected gang member was already in custody on unrelated charges, while an eighth suspected gang member surrendered to authorities today.

All of those arrested were taken into custody at various locations in and around Chicago, without incident, by members of the FBI’s Joint Task Force on Gangs and Officers from the CPD. All eight were charged in one of four separate criminal complaints, filed earlier this week in U.S. District Court in Chicago, with either Attempted Possession or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance (crack cocaine), both of which are felony offenses.

According to the complaints, those charged, who are all known or suspected members or associates of the Four Corners Hustlers street gang, were alleged to have been involved in the manufacture, wholesale distribution, and/or sale of crack cocaine on Chicago’s west side since at least February of 2008. The primary area in which they are alleged to have conducted their drug activities was bound by the Eisenhower expressway on the south, North Avenue on the north, Laramie Avenue on the east and Austin Avenue on the west.

Those arrested yesterday are identified as follows:
ANDRE T. BEARD, also known as (aka) “Diesel”, age 29, of 2123 Pepperwood, Glendale Heights, Illinois.
MILTON D. BILLS, aka “Junebug”, age 32, of 5806 West Ohio Street in Chicago.
DOMINIQUE FINLEY, aka “Finball”, age 34, of 505 Geneva, Bellwood, Illinois.
CLARENCE JOHNSON, aka “Lakefront”, age 45, of 735 East 50th Street in Chicago.
TERRANCE C. JONES, aka “Sonny”, age 32, of 1447 South Christiana in Chicago.
DAMON WESTBROOK, aka “Skilly”, age 32, of 120 East 49th Street in Chicago.

A seventh defendant, FREDERICK TAYLOR, aka “Dirty”, age 23, of 1255 North Mason in Chicago surrendered today.

An eighth defendant, ERIC OLLISON, aka “Murder”, was in state custody on an unrelated charge.

The lengthy investigation leading to the filing of the charges announced today, code named “Operation Snatched”, is part of an on-going and coordinated effort by local, state and federal authorities to identify and dismantle the many highly organized drug trafficking street gangs operating in and around the Chicago metropolitan area. This investigation employed the extensive use of sophisticated physical surveillance techniques, undercover operations, the controlled purchase of illicit drugs and the court authorized electronic interception of telephone conversations involving the defendants. The CPD’s Gang Investigations Section participated in the investigation and provided invaluable assistance.

In announcing these arrests, Mr. Grant recognized the FBI’s continued partnership with the Chicago Police Department in combating violent street gangs. Said Mr. Grant “Without the expertise and intimate knowledge of gang operations that CPD investigators offer, it would be almost impossible to achieve the results announced today.”

Superintendent Weis added “This investigation shows our continued commitment to working with our law enforcement partners in pursuing gang and drug activity and minimizing its effect on the residents of Chicago.”

All of those in custody appeared before Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cole in Chicago, earlier today, at which time they were formally charged. They were ordered held without bond, pending their next scheduled court appearance and will be housed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Chicago. If convicted of the charges filed against them, all eight defendants face a mandatory minimum sentence of ten (10) years' incarceration to a maximum of life in prison.

The Chicago FBI’s Joint Task Force on Gangs is comprised of FBI Special Agents and Officers from the Chicago Police Department.

The public is reminded that a complaint is not evidence of guilt and that all defendants in a criminal case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

They got the feds involved and only picked up 7 people?? Seems like a waste of time, if they looked harder they could find better spots and can take down like 30people..7 isn't shit
 
Hello all, kind of new here. Been reading for awhile on just about everything I need help with, but didn't post much after I got flamed when I first came to the site for RX tips and tricks.

Anyways, I'm in Joliet but the last time I've had a great batch was when I was in Braidwood for New Years. 9/10 snorted and it was pure before being cut on the spot. I'd give it a full 10 had my nose not been at the 1st stage of a cold and not giving a proper drip.

Could we spawn an off-thread for this topic. Chicago Halo & Heroin ? H&H is a great combo. Much safer than WoW and smack.

THATS what i was thinking. most of the time when i was locked up with people who were figtin gcomspiracy charges there were 20 or more involved in those busts and those wer local chicago detectives

Too much wasted effort goes into the drug business on the laws end. If they just worried about the people that the higher ups and dealing with, instead of popping the consumer it would be a much nicer place. By higher ups I mean the people in our own government who are making bank by aiding in the smuggling.

Its not such a bad thing if we are buying quantity off some little village that makes a living off of dope. But once we start feeding the nastier people is where all the trouble comes in. Too bad climate is kind of shitty in Africa. They could 'Feed the Children' by "solving" the drug problems here in our cities. Solving the quality/quantity problems that is. Would be hilarious buying a jab/bundle and having it come with a picture of the child you are helping to feed. lmao

Sorry, Dude Mon, I'm not trying to make things annoying to read. I was posting the idea, as just that, and idea with no crusading demand behind it.

I like that I'm able to talk to people that share the same recreational interests. I'm kind of the odd one out in my group and don't really sit down and share lines with them. My gaming friends whom I spend most of the time with aren't the type that like to enjoy the chemical candies of our lovely state.

Also, the "RX" post reference I was talking about is an old topic from my pill fun days of last fall/early winter.

Finally got my hands on some "best" bags today! (yellow print, green tissue paper) I've been wanting to try them for quite a while since I've been getting sub-par shit, and I've heard nothing but great things about them. To be honest...I'm kind of disappointed :(. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I just banged two bags and I barely felt a rush and I'm not too high. I'm a small girl, and I can definitely hold my own when it comes to dope, but I figured with all the good word that atleast two would have me real high. Reading all these ratings had me so excited! I have such a black cloud over my head when it comes to dope right now. Our homie that hooked us up today did warn us that it didn't cook up as dark as usual, but still, BUMMER.
 
^HP no one on here can agree on the ratings for bags one always says its good while someone else will say they suck...thats why those ratings dont matter that people give

unfortunately the best bags have dropped off A LOT in the past month. they are basicaly my spot of last resort now. on the other hand a brand new spot opened up a few blocks east that has foils in red tape. Now this isn't that other red tape foil spot everyones usually talks about here. The first week they were out it was awesome quality dope. Like everywhere else it has fallen off quite a bit but is still one of the better spots in that area. Better than best bags.
 
At least you have been out and about. I've been paranoid this whole month and have been eating up the local OCs instead of making an effort to get decent blows. Its just not the same though, and my sleep is showing it. OC keeps me up and gives me nervous fucking legs that can't/wont get comfortable. I might cave soon and go to MMT once income taxes come in.
 
fucking town is jive I've been out on the street and been frisked twice now, po's came up on us right before we got on the el and said they they had been watching us. it's crazy man, cops frisking my balls sack. ANC I didn't even score, sorry guys but unless there's some saving grace your town is garbage
 
That sucks man...terrible luck. I've taken the drive to the spot(s) around 50-75 times without a hitch. I agree with chink that just after dark is probably the "safest" time to cop(knocks on wood for both!) if you have a connect waiting for you. Of course, this only applies to those who drive to the spots and one will have to shop around to find quality, but that is the deal for pretty much everything in life. I've been sold bunk(as recently as this past Friday, from a connect who had been providing reliable ish(those clear bags covered with brown packing tape) ish that may or may not have a minute amount of opiate...maybe just enough for someone who sick to not feel sick after snorting 5 bags(the previous product was of 1-1.5 bag quality to get to nodville. And I've been sold fire, and everything in between. I'm sure you will find the goods if you put in the time...guarantee it actually.

Most open-air markets are "hot" and as a result many of us have to go through what you and your buds did. If you play it safe, however, and aren't buying massive quantities at once, you should never have much of a problem with the cops. I may be ridiculously over-paranoid, but after copping I have that ish in my mouth ready to swallow within a nano-second with a bottle of water in my hand. It's not fool-proof, but it works for me.
