Being a guy, I must say...When I was too skinny, I was very upset, for guys being scrawny is much worse than being a bit overweight. But the fix was not something overly unhealthy, I just started eating more, and now I look a bit better, I still have a metabolism from hell though (and by that I mean its really good I guess, lol). The problem with being so skinny, is it is deceiving to your health. A doctor would ASSUME I'm fairly healthy, in a cardiovascular type of way, but the truth is I eat VERY fatty and cholestral high foods, and there is some BAD heart disease in my family. My dads family = his dad had 6 brothers, all of them dead before age 55, now they all smoked and drank and were Italian, lol, and my grandfather made it to 66 or so, but had like 3 triple bypass, a permanent heart ticker and all sorts of things done to keep him alive that long (the others all just died of sudden bad heart attacks I think).

Fuck, I'm tripping out in the photo thread lol, im now at like...103 hours awake, 6 hours of sleep, insomnia.
Sleep is coming soon though I hope, I have 5x5mg Zopiclone and will take them in about 2 hours...Something deep down keeps making me want to push this further though lmao.
