Here is the thing - it took a while to find even semi-reliable data. McDolands evidently pays Google so it gets all the top slots on diatry constituents of their products. What is a 'standard serving' of a Big Mac? It appears to be one, but I just couldn't work out WHY they had to add that last bit.
But yeah, that meal has more than the total daily recommened amount of calories. Saturated fats can cause heart disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Who knows how much he eats but it's been noted that all data be it height, weight, BMI are filled in not by the doctor but White House staff. The height thing is to get the BMI just under 30 (the official defination of obese).
