How to get off street fent or any other obscure mixture of dope

Ok, so as you might know from my previous posts , I ve been trapped in a nasty addiction of iv speedball ..be it heroin n coke , fent n coke or whatever those fuck ups sell these days in my city . They all sell the same shitty quality smack more or less with few exceptions . Furthermore those dealers cut the drugs with some really toxic stuff , I don't know what kind of chemicals they mix the dope .,with but they create lots of nasty side effects . To my mind it must be some cheap fentanyl analogues with even more obscure chemicals added . The depression and psychotic attacks I get every time i try to get clean makes me want to jump off a cliff or smthng. This time I have to do it and quit that shit for good for so many reasons .Suboxone doesn't do shit for this one and I don't like it anyways cause 1 . I don't wanna substitute and 2. It's too jittery and gives me headaches . What I ve found that helps is dosing 10 mg diazepam and 200 mg tramadol 3 times a day for a week plus some weed . Then tapper the diazepam and tramadol to minimum and get 5g of whatever ketamine I can get my hands on ..preferably racemic or S. Go slow , small bumps , when those 5 g or so of ket run out DO NOT GO FOR MORE there is no point but if you want something for "maintenance" smoke a little marijuana. I think this is the best way to treat fckin IV fentanyl and heroin speedball addiction and "get your soul back ". The key in this process is to be conscious of your end goal , to be natural ..natural doesn't necessarily mean sober like normal or nerdy or boring these are all misconceptions of what sober is, it means that I m high on my own device ...peaceful is a high in itself

Yea man, I hear ya. No doubt many of us have used this method to get through Opioid withdrawal. I argue that the hard part is not anesthetizing yourself. It's easy enough to do that. Different people have different preferences, but with enough of the right drugs, withdrawal is 10x less severe than say, withdrawing in a suicide cell for 27 days in county jail.

The hardest part is not getting off. The hardest part is staying off. What we're describing here can take place over the course of a long weekend practically. The life skills, self-confidence and return to normal biological homeostasis is a process that takes months and honestly, years to fully complete for hardcore users like yourself and I. People don't realize that the only chance they have of getting better is by dedicating everything they have to the process. They have to make the life changes, they have to be mindful of their triggers, cravings and relationships and they have to get their self-respect/confidence back. They have to do all of this while often experiencing life as dangerous, cold and miserable for weeks or months.

The good news is that a person is going to start getting themselves back after just 2-3 months of work. After that, they're basically living "normal life" although they require extra vigilance at all times while living it if they want to keep it going. It will take a couple of years for a lot of people to get to where they have it all fully washed off of them, if you know what I'm saying. To not feel like a junkie, look like a junkie or act like a junkie, it takes time.

I have respect for what you're saying here. Detox is important, but it's a very small window of time compared to the journey involved in truly becoming "normal" again. Thanks for the post.

For sure I m not saying it will cure addiction ..but it will very much tackle the agony , the depression and all that shit without having to go rehab or even worst to the psych ward ..

if you're in the US its xylazine (aka tranq). the shit that ulcerates you from the inside of your body out to the surface. these people living with giant open wounds - that's the xylazine doing that. you can order test strips online for pretty cheap.

and hope that you aren't dependent on xylazine because that's a hell worse than fentanyl to come off of.
