Nettle seeds apparently. Met some old dude once who called them "nature's Viagra".
Testosterone, Ashwaghanda imo. Never had lack off but took it alway s along my Kratom.Watermelon works because it is loaded with L-citrulline, which gets converted into L-arginine, which gets converted into Nitric Oxide (NO), which is what your body uses to expand blood vessels and cause erections.
I have also found taking magnesium regularly to be very helpful because it optimizes NO production in the endothelium of blood vessels and helps the body to retain NO for longer while under oxidative stress. If your body is in a constant state of tension due to lack mag, penis blood flow will suffer.
On that note, if you have a high oxidative-stress lifestyle, that will likely kill your erections, because the body ends up using NO as an antioxidant to combat free radicals. You can google signs of oxidative stress in the body to see if that matches. If your body is consuming NO as part of inflammatory processes, your boners may suffer. Of course, this gets worse with age.
And yes... declining testosterone can be a culprit, especially over age 35. None of the above strategies will work if it's a testosterone problem. Not all men enter symptomatic andropause, but many do. It's difficult to get TRT from regular doctors but not impossible. You could ask for a basic testosterone blood test from your regular doctor (free T, bioavailable T, and total T). If the results are low range or below normal range, then take your rests to a TRT clinic and get T. Don't bother with your regular doctor, they won't do it for you because they are trained to not help men with this problem. They'd rather put you on antidepressants and other shit.
They must be tiny seen the flower s, they are a bit Cannabis look a like imo. Male Cannabis. .Nettle seeds apparently. Met some old dude once who called them "nature's Viagra".
I've already shared everything I know. Nettle seeds give you boners that's all I've got.So are the seeds on the same plant ? Are they Hermaprodhites.
But i have no need for your boner , for a start. Mine works OK.I've already shared everything I know. Nettle seeds give you boners that's all I've got.
Message sentWow I got screwed, lol,,would you care to share the pharmacies name so I can get my next bottle thru them…
I’ll give that a try next time ,I remember the bottle had a quick expiration date on it and asked the doctor if it was ok to use it afterwards and he said it would be fine but I didn’t notice it being any less potent as time went on but this was a few years ago so I’m not really sure
Edit:: I remember when I first got a script for trazadone I’d get hard within a half hour after taking it but as time went on that stops happening as I got use to it
Just dont rub the sprouted leaves on your bonerI've already shared everything I know. Nettle seeds give you boners that's all I've got.
Testosterone, Ashwaghanda imo. Never had lack off but took it alway s along my Kratom.
Might be of no significance as Kratom is not the typical tiny Willy Opioid.
Great stress reliver and stimulating Opioid. That helps you sleep at night, multi functional.
But when on Ashwaghanda for stress, hornyness and hard-wood were unwanted side effects.
Dr s never help, they though most of the time make things worse,
that profession died, some time ago. RIP. Medic Society.
The last time a scientist/ Neurologue who took it himself adviced 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.Ashwaganda is not good for long-term use due to how to semi-permanently modifies cortisol receptors. (I'm a clinical herbalist btw.)

So you are the 2nd mention it. Didn t know took it years straigh when i was under chronic stress.
To counter the Cortisol, but its not so simple as following the directions on the container.
A Ayurvedic therapist actually told me something like this too, to bad its seen as altenative medicin.
The guy who said, a Podcaster, Huberman.I don't blame you for not feeling clear on this. The natural health industry promotes ashwaganda like crazy. It's in so many products.
Ashwaganda blunts the effects of cortisol by modifying cortisol receptors allosterically, and also has some antagonistic activity on the adrenergic receptors as well. That's why it's good before bedtime in most cases. The problem is that if the lifestyle is still fundamentally stressful, then the body is not going to be able to rise to meet the stress due to these blocking effects... which IMO is not healthy for the heart and nervous system.
Most of the clients I treated over the years for chronic stress had improper nutrition and sleep cycles. Many were caffeine consumers. Chronically elevated cortisol gets pumped out to pick up the slack when the body lacks foundational supports to meet stress.
This is all to say... I use ashwaganda in acute situations only, i.e. the person just had a major trauma and the high stress levels are going to make them lose their minds. Two weeks tops. Then I consider other options.
I would almost choose rhodiola over ashwaganda for meeting stress because it's a weak MAOI and facilitates endurance. Like... if a person is running a marathon in their life and it just has to be that way for the time being, I would give them something that works with the marathon, and not something that blocks it like ashwaganda.
No matter what herb I give to accommodate stress, it always accompanies solid nutrition and sleep counseling. The natural health industry has people abusing "tonic" herbs to stretch their natural energy levels beyond what is reasonable. This is called tonic abuse. Eventually the tonics stop working and the body is 10x more unwell because the person was using the tonic to bypass normal limits while also neglecting sleep and nutrition.
