Matter moving at the speed of light makes objects appear to stop, but can light stop matter in motion ?

Where did you copy that from?Matter cannot travel at the speed of light, only massless particles can do so.
But light can exert an influence on matter, e.g. 'light sails' which are accelerated by the force of photons. No doubt they can also be decelerated as well, but not to a stop, as nothing in the universe is motionless.

He does like making those that think are they are wise in their own eyes, look like fools.
so he can mock and ridicule my beliefs.i just unapproved the last message in this thread for the direct personal attack.
please review the s&t forum guidelines and stay on topic. thanks.

So do you think a form of light can slow things down ?Matter cannot travel at the speed of light, only massless particles can do so.

Maybe Terrence Howard is the one to figure it out and mesh it together..he really despises 1×1=1...I kinda understand what he means and the other shit he is putting patents on look fucking legit.I was questioning if they are both wrong, one is right or somethings from each are true.
Scientists can't have both and how come all these physics nerds can't make them mesh?
I see an inherent problem if there is a fundamental disagreement. So was Einstein right or only partially and if so, then he is overrated
You can patent times tables? His sworn enemy is 1×1=1, I didn't get mad until around 3 or 4 times another number.Maybe Terrence Howard is the one to figure it out and mesh it together..he really despises 1×1=1...I kinda understand what he means and the other shit he is putting patents on look fucking legit.

Space is a vacuum, how could a mass less particle slow something down?
The speed of light has been broken by various groups of nerds using Nuetrinos. So who knows.I presume so. If light can exert a force to accelerate an object, then it should also be able to decelerate that object.
That I don't know. You could also ask how massless particles can make something move. But light sails, or solar sails are a thing. In fact, NASA has launched one only recently (look it up).
