Annoying Teenage Terminology

Battie Boy meaning appearing as gay. A teener dared to say that to me but refused to enclose the meaning. Guess he was afraid of brown eye. He (16 years) was generally discriminating sexual preferences speficically between males. And colored, a kinda simple hollow man.

So called him a bit homophobic, didnt he knew the word or what it ment . I dont understand street language. But they cant talk their native language anymore.

What a generation, any expectations when they grow up concerning human communication,
will there be street language apps?
Will the world be filled with all kinds of colors or wil it be everyone in a Nikab.

Divide and conquer, generation gaps luckily most people seem normal. But its chaos, a clash between seperated groups seems inevitable att.

Battie apperently originated in Jamaica where they are quite homophobic. Its stiil illegal!

JAH never told them rastafarai's : 'one love, unity, no more significanse off color of skin then the colour of a mans eyes" should have added this: 'his or sexual personal preferences, a.o.'.

So until that philosophy is abandoned their is no I-nity (how they call it) and means looking at similarity not the subtle differences, human bondage not polarisation of certain groups. They even got it from that good old the bible ( not a very acceptable excuse imo), old testament probably which is kinda outdated and manipulted for all I know.

Chieg a bluelighter posted to me, never heard of that word. No clue or need to know what it means

It was ment negativ very obvious, so again unimportant languagely seen. Just part of street language or a self made up word/ typo who cares. 🖕

But in general that communication between peers in their selfmade language. It interesting to listen too. Aint all negativ words i presume, just there are negativ people everywhere.

Always hated the 80's Southern California term "bitchin". East Coast lingo was better at that time. West coast found the term "douchbag" offensive while east coast and parts of UK used that term freely. Like the word cunt. All can be offensive but I think that was the point at throwing those out at people. Too offend.

This was both common and equally annoying back in the 1970s. I guess it never really went away.
"Like" is probably the word I've had to train myself to unuse the most. I still catch myself saying it every once in awhile.

When I see people talking in real life and using "like" every other word, like it's really cringe. Like they aren't very intelligent or, like, they endorse the glorification or ignorance, or like whatever. You know, just like... haha.

I thought it was mainly a California thing for most of my life, that stereotypical valley girl accent, but after living all across the US, it's certainly universal.

I HATE when younger ppl say;

Dead ass - as in dead ass serious

Or Suss - Suspect

They sound so immature and just annoys me.

nothing could ever be as bad as millennials obsessing over what's "cringe"

I did like the term "sweet". I mean it is so annoying. I remember telling a friend who said sweet after everything that it would be great if he could just stop saying that it would make me happy, and he responds sweet....

It irritates me when people write "prolly", though I do understand the urge to abbreviate texting.
Also, I have a friend who puts "lol" after almost every single fucking thing. One of these days his dog is going to die and he'll tell me with an lol.
Texting in general is an irritating form of communication...but then again, prolly my texts are too long and boring, lol

I remember my Dad ranting at the TV in the 70s when he saw footballers being interviewed and every other word was "y'know".

I now do the same when I see reality TV 'stars' trying to string a sentence together...
