Russo-Ukrainian War v. World War 3?

British MP Andrew Bridgen: We are actually at war with Russia now, they just haven't told you

If this is true, and things really heat up, The UK will be decimated and America could be dragged into it. The East Coast of America, Washington DC, NYC, and New England, California and military bases will probably be there primary targets.

Not sure which war you're looking at but the Russian war industry can hardly keep up with present losses in several areas (tanks especially). Look at some of the videos of Russians inspecting knocked out NATO gear. UNKNOWN TECHNOLOGY BLYAT

There was one video that some vatnik sent home exclaiming his asonishment that every apartment in Avdiivka had a TV in it. It's hardly a First World country, without their nukes they'd be nobody.
This ain't about tanks. ICBM's, nuclear subs with SLBM(sub launched ballistic missles with nuclear MIRV's( each on will have multiple reentry independent warheads; nuclear) Then there are their bombers with hugh H- bombs. Bye Bye Europe if NATO goes too far. America is led by a weak president and we have a fraction of the Nukes and most are small and on submarines. But the Russians could potentially wipe out both coasts of America and all of western Europe. We can hardly keep up, they got many more and bigger Nukes.

I honestly think that some part of the US public opinion lives under the ilusion of still being protected by two oceans. It's strange to see how they claime that Putin will destroy the world but at the same time they feel safe under Idk what umbrella.
It's kind of a collective autohypnosis, a pact to trade reality for safety perception: it's the raw fear leading the mammal brain to the ancient instinct of group protection that make them feel safer Just an illusion, we all know what will happen if shit starts: USA, Europe, Russia.... will become concepts of a lost past in a no future scenario

Maybe Milei is right and he could make Argentina the first world economy (while they wait some weeks for the radiation to kill them) after the northen hemisphere has burnt for good and surely Australia got also a part of the bill

It's pretty remarkable given the USA is basically just a war factory for the ruling class. If there's going to be a big war, the USA is going to be part of it, and they'll happily conscript people again if necessary.

They will never draft me. I am too old and in bad health.😞 You wanna end this, tell the Chinese we are going to arm South Korea, Taiwan and Japan with Nukes. Then you'll have China completely abandoning Russia and the Chinese going ape shit diplomatically, to prevent that.

China has a lot of cities where there'll be a square of highrises, and then like 5 miles between the next square of highrises, like they planned around getting nuked

you know what is our protection. I have heard that America has some sort of missle defense, based on SDI, strategic defense initiative( aka the Thing the media labeled Star Wars) The media was against it, because when communism fell, so many in the media were upset.
We do have a missle defense system. Also we probably, like the Russians, are lying about how many nukes we have.

Wonder what we've been sending up there

Heard on the news that Ukraine is making an offensive push into Russia. They said it's the largest attack into Russia since WW2

Feels like someone, somewhere, is really desperate to start a world war. It all feels like a half written movie script, like someone was doing too much cocaine and forgot about the submission date.

It already happened.

Russia mopped up a big chunk of the forces and the remains are cut off from logistics so surrender or death is pretty much the only options.

It was a suicide mission, literally

Ah I see. Hadn't been paying much attention, and yeah this thread wasn't active for a while.

It sounds like it was yeah, I'm not sure why they would attempt that. How long ago did they invade?

It certainly seems like there are several world governments that are all on board for ww3

What would be the point in doing this? I’m trying to make it make sense..?

It absolutely was, 100% agree^^

Maybe they were trying to make Russia send there part of their forces from Jarkov, or even from Dombass, to gain some relief for the most stressed areas in the frontline?
Heard a dude saying so on the telly. I don't know how reliable he was, tho

few days ago

the primary objective was likely to seize control of the Sudzha (Gazprom) gas metering station that controls the flow of gas into Ukraine (and then goes to Europe)

this follows a recent sanction by Ukraine of Lukoil exports to Europe

It may be insanity or it may be a sign that Ukraine is trying to secure a better position for negotiating a ceasefire

allegedly, 80% of responding forces were in reserve
