My theory is it was funded online by some far left tankie group in Europe to target one of the highest visibility protest spots in the world at the time. If you want I can probably come up a dozen videos of communist wannabes recruiting at these free Palestine events.

This is better, but I am curious to know why you think it would be a group from Europe funding it. It's not like the US doesn't have plenty of these sorts who are more than willing to empty their wallets or take out their credit cards.
