In the opening of the video they state that they're at the house of a terrorist and they never actually show a tunnel next to the hospital. They also show a pretty nicely organized pile of guns which they could have easily placed there. Its rather ridiculous

there is a armoured door in the direction of the hospital at the bottom of the tunnel shaft going down.

Do you think the IDF placed the makeshift living space including the toilets as fake evidence?

Its very possible, what's also possible is that a hospital in an area under siege had to make do in any area they can

If they wanted to show that the curtains are actually evidence what they should have done was show a video with hostages that had the same curtains in the background. But did they? Of course not

What I AM doing is trying to show you the holes in the arguments that the state of Israel is using to excuse mass killing of civilians and children, Hamas is definitely bad but Israel is using them as an excuse for ethnic cleansing and you guys are buying it whole hog. Although I'm not surprised because I've now seen how bloodthirsty some posters here are which is sad
