The worst arguments are always those that consider your opponent to be defective or less than human. The left do it with the "deplorables" on the right. The right do it in just the way you have here. It's irrational, tribal, primate thinking.

Whenever you feel certain about something, and start thinking that those who disagree have something wrong with them, I would start to deeply examine what's happening in your own mind. There is a lot to find there and it will lead you back deep into the jungle.

But of course you think that. Your brain evolved to do exactly that. I mean, it's fine- but don't pretend that it's rational or logical. It's an emotional response honed through millions of years of evolution on a brutal world. I think you can do better though. Try to understand your opponent. Accept that they have different moral values to you, and that different experiences are informing those values. They're not defective subhumans just because they have different perspectives to you. If you ever want to convince someone that you're correct and they arent, approach an argument from their angle. The world has had more than enough of people dehumanising each other. If you want to keep just entrenching your opponents views even deeper, keep doing what your emotions tell you to- i know it feels good, but arguing based on feelings is for weaklings. But if you want to have an actual conversation that may change minds, remove your emotions and meet others as full humans who can be convinced with the same reasoning that has convinced you. Do the hard thing.

Or just keep throwing shit and be like every other sheep out there. All good 👍
 
Sometimes I wonder how in the hell could any one be right, but then I remember the moment I realized Motorola truly is complete shit as smart phone company after years thinking it is fine. Which was probably clear to any IT-expert in few hours after dealing with their new potatoes, but I am not like them. Coming to any correct conclusion takes enormous time and effort. Being master in something takes 10000 hours of practice and maybe talent. Some people simply do not devote the required amount of time, for they have something better to do, and that does not make them lesser humans.

Everyone should watch this, the police chief on 1/6 ended up being a major whistle blower. I’m just shocked the establishment didn’t suicide him. He must know someone high up that they would let him speak out without serious repercussions. Though I guess he was fired.
