I don't think I ever said "It took me 8 years to recover". Pretty much all the side effects were gone by year 4 and the only reason I had lingering side effects like depersonalization was because of a medication I was on after the 4 year mark.
Did you had anhedonia?

A drug that is so fu*ked up that even when you are half recovered, it makes having fun a hard task (which bares minimal results or no enough results). wtf

I know several people are already asking you questions at the same time, but would that imply that in reality it only took 4 years to fully recover specifically from the side effects of Invega? If so it's definitely better than 8 years, I can't bring myself to end it anyways, not like I have a definitive method of doing it regardless, and I can't stand the thought of traumatizing my friends, family, and others that would care.

Everything I do, I can't get a break from this suffering, even if I lessen it with distractions (like gym, nature walk, music, work, socializing, etc), it's still present.

I feel the same way, I've recovered enough by now to enjoy doing several activities again, the same ones you mentioned with the exception of work, but regardless of everything I attempt to do as a distraction I can never go long without constantly worrying about whether I'll fully recover or not. I just want to go back to the time where I was healthy, content with life, and didn't spend all day every day concerned about side-effects.

I’ll never enjoy anything if im not 100% recovered ill just be regretting i got injected knowing my life could have been a whole lot better without

The truth is, I hit pretty much every marker that I had set for myself to as "recovered" at year 4. The only thing that remained at that point was depersonalization, which has only gone away just recently. The problem was I ended up having bladder issues and went to my doctor. Her solution was a choice between Rexulti and Vraylar and I went with Vraylar, not knowing that it had a half life of 2-3 weeks.

What is depersonalization.

Why would she give you AP for bladder issues?

How was coffee and music after 4 years off.

Literally every post you're making is exactly everything I'm experiencing and have been feeling every single day of my life for over 7 months now. And I'm highly concerned that it will remain this way for several more years to come.
I’m sorry you’re going through this man. The suffering is unreal. Never knew a reality like this existed until it happened to me.

Interesting, I'm also not entirely sure what you are referring to by "depersonalization" but I at least never experienced bladder issues the entire time coming off of Invega. Well actually now that I'm thinking about it I feel as if my bladder had a lower capacity of retaining urine but it doesn't seem as if that problem lasted for too long.
