I've never met anybody that got COVID. I've never met anybody who suffered adverse effects from the vaccine. What I have seen is people loosing their minds over the subject. Some of you guys post in this thread into the wee hours, only to wake up thinking about COVID vaccines.

My mom has stage 3-kidney failure, the worst diabetes I've ever seen and had three jabs. She's doing better than ever..... I hate everybody in the world too but dreaming about everyone developing heart abnormalities from protein mutations isn't going to vindicate you or make you feel any better. I honestly thought we were done with this shit and it blows my mind people are still wearing masks. The Psy OP is strong in this one.

I mean I would say I am very clearly one of the more rational/logical people on this forum for sure, but I imagine the guy still wearing a mask feels the same way, and the guy who gave a experimental vaccine to his kids feels he’s the most intelligent…but I’m ok with knowing it’s actually me ;)…but as a general rule I think almost everyone can agree on is the people that are pro sexualizing kids are brainwashed at best, and disturbed at worst

pretty sure it says the jury is still out.

and yes, i've read the 1980s study on surgical masks (i think it was you, someone posted about it months and months ago)

have you read it? cause i seem to remember they had good results when they used hoods that sealed the edges of the mask.

and again, that study is about surgical masks. n95s, when worn correctly (shaved beard, good seal, and REAL niosh approved n95s don't use ear loops, but behind-the-head straps.

i showed a picture before, biden's x press secretary wears kn95s, and in multiple instances she wears them too low and with gaps at the sides of her nostrils. it's like saying you practice "safe sex" but use condoms with holes at the tip.

saying flat-out, unequivocally that masks in general just plain old don't work is disingenuous. at best.

maybe once you can demonstrate a statistically/ relatively large number of people are being killed or handicapped by the vaccine like how the virus has, you'll be surprised at how i can admit when i'm wrong. as i have said, i even came here (to see if the antivaxxer crowd had any good arguments or evidence to sway me out of doing what i still am sure was the right thing for my kids) before the decision.





still waiting on that good evidence, and/ or good answers to:

"where are the mass vaxx graves?"

"how did so many people screw up and blame covid when it was simply a TEN TIMES WORSE than normal flu season, two years in a row?"

"how come they pulled j&j at six deaths (1 in a million), but the rest are still going strong, after apparently killing hundreds of thousands if americans alone?"

The 478 emergency department, medical unit, and pediatric nurses in this Canadian study who were randomized to use a surgical mask when providing care to patients with febrile respiratory illness during the flu season caught seasonal flu at about the same rate as those who wore fit-tested, N95 respirators (23.6% versus 22.9%, P=0.86).

For H1N1 influenza, surgical masks again met noninferiority criteria versus the N95 respirator (8.0% versus 11.9%, P=0.18).

Design may have accounted for the discrepancy between the trials, at least in part, suggested Srinivasan, who co-authored an editorial accompanying the JAMA study with an IOM committee member colleague.

"These types of studies are very difficult to do," he told MedPage Today.

The driving factor in effectiveness is how frequently and intensely the wearer is exposed to infection, he said. So one possibility is that masks may have been enough for Canadian nurses in generally lower risk settings, but not for the high-risk Chinese healthcare workers.
