I have an elbow injury, I actually have no idea what caused it because I woke up with it hurting out of nowhere one morning like a year and a half ago. Maybe I slept on it weird? It was the morning after falling sleep on a heavy dose of morphine so I might have done some weird shit. But anyway, it hurt for quite a while if I put any force on it. And now it will randomly happen again if I lift something too heavy. I haven't been working out since before then, but I am worried it will prevent me from really being able to lift weights, I'm hoping to start again soon.
My point was, be careful, make sure it goes away before trying to put a lot of weight on it. You don't want to hurt it more.
I got diagnosed with low testosterone recently, and got prescribed test, 50mg/week for now. I've been splitting my dose to twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays), and injecting 25mg in my butt (IM though, not plugging

). It's really making a big difference so far, after 2.5 weeks on it. My mood is better, I'm way less irritable, and I have a lot more energy and motivation to do physical stuff. I am trying to work out going to bed earlier so I can wake up and go to the gym before work, I have been wanting so bad to start a gym routine back up. Also, my knee pain (and other joint pain, but my knees are by far the worst) has improved substantially, which the doctor told me should happen.
So far, very glad I did this.

My estrogen was also low, due to test being low and thus not being aromatized to estrogen. The doctor said a history of long-term opiate use can cause this... of course, suboxone also causes it. I'll be monitored every month for a few months and then every 3 months (blood work) to make sure I stay where I need to be. I really think this is going to help me a lot as I start to drop more and more suboxone and especially when I jump off entirely. I have a feeling the dose is a little low, but we'll see at my 1-month checkup.
