I used to consume fat burning pills to shed the last few pounds when dieting. I still have some capsules left and am going to try them. They may have some positive effects on invega, even though they’re supposed to be used in the last phase of fat loss.

I’m a pretty strong person, I live with the love of my life basically, yet feel so empty and defeated and in my own battle against the past and how it changed me. The ironic part of it is I’m actually on the outside appear to be doing a lot better, like more stable and not crazy anymore, but internally the empty depressed feeling is what is challenging a lot. It just shows that no matter what you have or how successful you are anyone can be susceptible.

But what has improved since the last injection?
I felt a small buzz from a couple drinks if that counts for anything. I had a great day yesterday, full of energy. The weather was great. Went to the beach. Felt like my old self. Today is more crap because it’s sunday and the weather is cloudy. But I am excited to watch some sports and will go to the gym to lift some weights.

Let’s just agree that weed works for some people in moderation. Habitual chronic use just makes you reliant on the drug to feel pleasure from anything. If you use it too much you will not be able to sleep or eat without it. That’s how you know you’re addicted. If you smoke like once a week that’s fine. Best thing is to lay off all drugs and alcohol and rely on natural reward systems like exercise if you want to be on the safe side.

In the anhedonic state we are in now, everything that helps get a thumbs up from me. Except harder drugs, I wouldn’t recommend meth or mdma. Shrooms maybe worth a try. Not daily, but maybe to alleviate the side effects from time to time

I just talked to dr ann blake tracy . She is really good and warns people about the danger of These pills. She said when you are on These drugs for 20 years you can Count 1.5 years to tape off for every 5 years. So it takes you six years to get off These drugs when you are 20 years on it.

I have lost about 5 kg since the last time I weighed myself two months ago. I made some changes to my diet that has helped. Reduced alcohol intake and exercised regularly. I don’t feel the need to overeat anymore. Exercising has gotten easier as well. It’s just tough to take that initial step out the door. Still feel lethargic.
