Ron DeSantis reportedly relaunched his presidential campaign Thursday from inside a burning Tesla. “America deserves a president who won’t cave to wokeness and will instead embrace the values of our founding fathers,” said DeSantis, who, sitting in the front seat of a Tesla Roadster as it filled with smoke and the doors automatically locked, looked on helplessly when the hood erupted in flames, the self-driving function engaged, and the fiery vehicle tore through the streets, running over numerous pedestrians."

If Joe Biden did an announcement on Twitter , I wonder if there would be enough traffic to crash the site? 🤔 Or Trump for that matter.
 
So the establishment will be pushing desantis hard, you will be sick of him after a few months. The RNC will likely try a rules change to get him in front of drumpf. If desantis is able to beat drunpf, then the establishment will probably allow a legitimate election. They see desantis an acceptable pressure release. They will likely run Newsom if desantis wins the primary. If it’s trump it will be Biden again to be reinstalled as ‘president’.
 
We need a younger more sensible person to cut through the mess. But it is a mess. The bottom line the parties should start taking our money and doing more than fighting like children. I sense the dems are more reasonable. The right caught in an identity crisis.

Here is what I think. I ask myself hypothetically could Biden steal documents and sell the to the Saudis or whoever. I say no. I do not think he would betray like that, there is a level of integrity you can almost see. Then I ask would Trump. I say Yes. Trump would steal documents and sell them for many reasons. There is not a level of integrity at all. You can see it. lol

Anyway I do not even know what is good any more. I was with my wife and Roosevelt House Hyde Park. Learned a little more about history and the internment camps. That whole thing mortified me. But FDR is know as a great person. I mean I know a lot of people try and do a lot of good, but that mortified me. I cringe just thinking about it and how it happened in the US just some years back. Not sure I agree. Inhuman move.

the number I kept hearing was 700,000

either way, that amount of people choosing to listen to a Republican not named Trump on Twitter is pretty impressive. Name another politician who would draw that amount of attention.

says to me lots of people want something else besides Trump or Biden. And I think many will be willing to compromise on issues they normally wouldn't to make that happen

Dude they ginned the population up on hate propaganda for like five years. The general population is fat, stupid, and very susceptible to propaganda. There is a very pronounced lack of discernment, and a ever growing push for group think.
