I’m more into powerlifying style workouts myself, problem is it doesn’t burn many calories. I used to run every other day, but during invega once a week. I also started to eat (and drink) more during my recovery ang gained a good 15kg over the past months. I will need to reverse this by abstaining from drinking beers and sticking to my diet. That has been the hardest part as I am so bored seeking relief.I was very into fitness and eating healthy before invega. Im very surprised you’re doing as good as you are so early in recovery. I couldn’t work out at all until recently. Sat in my bed for 8 months. I used to be very into CrossFit and running. 8-9% body fat 5’9 and 150 lbs before. Now I’m probably 20% body fat at 180 lbs. Run about a mile a day. Workout pretty hard. No CrossFit though, just weight training. Eat egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast. Grilled chicken, rice and vegetables for other meals. Still not losing much weight or gaining muscle. Only been a month. How is your process going?
Strengthwise I haven’t lost too much. But whats the point when I’m fatter. I need to get back into running more often. I walked alot during recovery, but it’s not enough. In my opinion, strength training is way easier than endurance, so props to you for running.
I will try sprinting tomorrow, see how that goes
