It's not an exaggeration. Nobody is saying that it's widespread and happening every day, but it is happening.

And the problem with story time is that even if there's not nudity, these performers are doubling as adult entertainers. I wouldn't want a porn star reading at story hour to my children, or a stripper, even if they are dressed decently for story time. These people are trying to be role models when they shouldn't be. Kids have internet and they can easily lookup their story time queen and see them doing sexual things on stage.
We typically don't allow adult entertainers to have day-to-day access to children's venues.
i am struggling to understand this. they're just walking in to schools and putting on drag-queens-reading-books shows?
parents who oppose it should have the option to not have their kids attend or participate.
what is the true extent of this?

It was a simple bill that required you to be 18 to attend a drag show. They also unanimously passed a state sovereign bank bill, and are working on a food sovereignty bill. I live in the best most sensible state. Which is why we have blue state refugees flocking here.

Just want to point out that conflating classic art with child drag shows is ridiculous. And only the true believers are going to think this is reasonable. Florida banning gender ideology from being taught in schools isn’t unreasonable. It’s a distraction from the fact that the fed is robbing us blind, but it isn’t unreasonable. I despise religious nonsense that Pearl clutches and censors, always have.
I think the entire culture war about race, gender, etc... is a distraction from the neo-liberal takeover of the west, the upcoming digital ID and central bank digital currency. Almost no aspect of this race/gender war touches on class warfare, which is the root of all of it. We are all about to be economically enslaved.

So it always has been a distraction. Remember the occupy wall street protests that were a direct reaction to the banking collapse in 2008? The google analytics show that they ramped up the idpol nonsense directly after these protests. It’s about distracting and dividing, but at the same time you can’t just let them destroy our children’s minds and bully us into submitting. So some push back is warranted, but understanding the culture wars are about distracting is not to be forgotten. As a two time ron Paul voter, I’ve known the reality of the situation for a while.

It's because of the media. The media is completely owned by corporations now and the guise of "private market forces" excuses the level of censorship and lying by omission that have become regular occurrences. Basically, the world is being taken over by private corporations and oligarchs right now, turning us all into their private subscription service that will be enforced through digital ID.
If information flow was still in public hands, we would not be in this mess. Instead, the media conglomerates run these trivial stories 24/7 and also generate polarizing opinions through their pundits. As if there aren't other things going on in the world.
I agree that we have other things to worry about. I only partake in discussions about trans-rights activism and drag queen stuff online. In the real world, I couldn't care less, mostly because Canada has fallen and there's no point in saving this society. The huge news up here right now is that the Chinese government has infiltrated our ruling party. The Canadian Intelligence Service announced it not long ago, along with evidence. We are basically being controlled by China. The reaction of most Canadians so far? It must be a media conspiracy to make Trudeau look bad.
I hate this country. It's has become a banana republic. Can't wait to see it implode and watch Canadians be forced to actually be revolutionaries, instead of the complacent pacifists that they are. Ya Canada has been lost. You guys don’t have any real constitution, and since you don’t have an electoral college the coasts will elect your leaders in perpetuity. It was ripe for the picking, and the WEF took that scalp quick. It’s all about the money. A fiat currency allows them to rob all of the productivity, value out of the country. Ron Paul on his podcast the other day, he spoke about Reagan confiding in him about leaving the gold standard and how every empire fails after they leave it. I have been raising my brothers 5 year old daughter since she was born, and I can tell you there is no way kids this young can determine what gender they are, they barely just learning about the difference between boys n girls….not to mention most people hate the tattoos they got when they were 18, so imagine how fucked up the adults who transitioned at that age will be…when I see trans kids that young all I see is victims of child abusesure you can. i just did it

Unfortunately this is the reality, but I always try and look for hope that people can change. It’s a time when we need to come together, and not be divided by nonsense. So many people on here I would normally have disagreed with are now finding ourselves on the same page. Especially people from Europe, we just have to drop out preconceived notions.
