@CrimsonThornX since you are getting that small amount of sleep your brain does not operate at high enough capacity to understand complex stuff, keep that in mind. You can also get confused more easily and thus manipulated more easily.
For real, I attempted to solve puzzles and play certain games that even a mere child shouldn't have issues with and yet I somehow managed to do poorly anyways. That goes for IQ tests too, beforehand my IQ was around the 130 range but seemed to decrease. That's also why going back to college is completely out of the question for now unfortunately, I think one of the primary reasons for the difficulty with sleep is due to me constantly worrying about the side effects, which I struggle to control.

That is not the reason. Worrying can't make you sleep only 30min. I would go to sleep at 10PM (while forcing myself to stay in bed with closed eyes for hours) and fall asleep at around 3AM and wakeup at 4AM for 3 weeks and then it slowly improved to 2h sleep during 4th week of 2nd month off, once I would wakeup I would force myself to stay in bed until morning with closed eyes but wasn't able to fall asleep. From scientific documentations it is clear that invega blocks and deforms parts of brain (like receptor proteins on synapses, synaptic vesicles) that regulate sleep and are responsible for sleep and maintaining it.

If benzos are taken at low doses for low period of time like under a month with breaks of few days, then they are harmless and wont even cause withdrawals. I had no withdrawals from them while taking 0.5mg during period of 1.5(or less) month, while having breaks of few days but with tappering of 25%-50% which wasn't even required because of very low dose. It has been a year or more since that.
If you have the self control not too take more benzos then ya it should be alright, however some people fall in love with the feeling though, benzos just make everything feel okay no matter the circumstance which can be mad addicting especially if you haven’t felt okay in a long time so some people might start abusing them then it can turn into a nasty addiction and benzo withdrawal is pure hell and extremely prolonged it can also make people who have never had a history of psychosis very delirious and psychotic, although not super common cold turkey benzo withdrawal can kill you so I’d be careful recommending benzos, @CrimsonThornX if you don’t have any issues with psychosis just try too smoke weed it’s much much safer then benzos.

Initially it was more severe, I couldn't even get a split second of sleep for the first 3 days. Afterwards I began to recieve microsleep where I'd doze off for moments lasting a few seconds. And this was before I worried about side effects so you have a point. I'm not going to lie or deny it this along with everything else has caused me to become severely depressed to the point where I contemplated suicide, yet I refuse to give up at the same time. I suppose with time and uh...certain substances that I'll regain the ability to sleep properly again, hopefully.

Ive been having very bad headaches past couple of weeks, everyday in the morning and it lasts all day could this be one of the withdrawl symptoms

St johnswort works mostly when combining it with oral medications when invega injected it can simply bypass the liver liver hence why it takes so long to get rid of. Johnswort taken with clozapine and quetapine is shown to cut the dosage by 40 % (40% reduced efficiency) There is zero proof it works with injectables.

Taking cherry extract is ridicilious the only legit herb which truly helped was weed
If invega breaks the blood brain barrier through 8njectables , which it does, then SJW will work, especially with NAC.

I doubt you took 3 to 6 recommended dosages of SJW.
It's a scam in the supplement industry to underdose the recommended dose so the product appears more affordable. UNDERDOSING MAKES SUPPLEMENT USELESS

You get recommended dosages for supplements from research papers, not the label.

BENEFITS FROM TART CHERRY EXTRACT(INVEGA SYMPTOMS RE LATED)
Protects against: diabetes( invega can cause)
Helps with: eye health(invega ruins) anti inflammatory( invega causes inflammation)
Also helps: nueroprotective, sleep, stamina.

The potential health benefits of anthocyanins are summarized in Tables 2 and 3. These health benefits are antioxidative effects, antiangiogenesis, prevention of CVD, anticancer, antidiabetes, improved visual health, anti-obesity, antimicrobial, and nueroprotection. The mechanisms of the action of anthocyanidin and anthocyanin in disease prevention are discussed in the next section.

he neuroprotective findings from selected studies are reported in this review. An in vitro study [133] shows the neuroprotective effect of cyanidin-3-glucoside and its aglycone against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress in human neuronal cells (SH-SY5Y). The results demonstrate that SH-SY5Y cells pretreated with 100 µM cyanidin and cyanidin-3-glucoside significantly increased total antioxidant activity of membrane and cytosolic fraction from the cells; cyanidin also significantly increased the percentages of mitochondrial functioning and inhibited DNA fragmentation induced by hydrogen peroxide.

Mitochondria and nueroprotective
================
Based on a previous study, cyanidin-3-glucoside (2 mg/kg body weight) isolated from Prunus cerasus fruit inhibited apoptosis-inducing factor from mitochondria under oxidative stress but did not block the release of cytochrome c against permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion in the cortical neurons isolated from adult mice brain [134]. Besides the reported findings, the cyanidin-3-glucoside treated mice had brain superoxide level lower than the control (0.9% normal saline), as well as with better neurological test scores

=======
Protect against oxidative stress

The indirect pathways involve downregulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis through reduction of oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. It is commonly known that anthocyanins are the strong antioxidants that effectively scavenge free radicals. Anthocyanins reduce the risk of CVD through improving blood lipid profile and biomarkers

17 shots….2 shots….big difference. Incomparable difference.

I dunno if you’ll recover if you’ve been off seven years…when I was on Invega Sustenna it made me super afraid of heights and afraid to drive in the back seats of cars and a whole bunch of other weird things. I think the longer you’re on it the more it messes with your brain! It’s seriously like poison. It should be banned honestly!

Hey guys, so lovely to meet you all here. I came into a wrong psychiatric treatment . I just had fever and they gave me an antidepressant that caused me having a psychosis. They gave mec2 Shots oft invega sustenna and i become psychotic in it i have whining attacks and death fears. It has been 8 years i am off this drug no improvement . It is coming from the shots ibknow i barely can socialize because of my high anxiety. Is there a chance i can recover and has someone fully recover? The worst is the anxiety for me

Are you taking other medications?

Definately how long did it take you to recover

Do you still take seroquel and those other meds you were on? They are also known to cause anhedonia and problems similiar to invega if you’re still taking those meds that’d explain why you haven’t improved.
Yes i take it but i think its hrlping me

If you’ve been off Invega Sustenna for 7 years there’s no way you’re recovering from it! To make you not feel so bad I’m probably going to be in the same predicament as you so 🤷🏻‍♀️
