i think elon is no better for twitter than what came before. sure, the bias has changed but his claims of being a free speech defender are clearly bogus.
from a management point of view i think his extemporaneous, seemingly arbitrary decision making is a poor approach. but that may be temporary.
i think that twitter staff should be able to limit or remove twitter access for any user at any time.

I think his arbitrary decision making is not just a poor approach, it's been disastrous and embarrassing.
He has loans to pay off, and previous Twitter might not have been entirely profitable, but the platform ran well and had a steady income. He halved that income within 2 weeks, started banking heavily on Twitter Blue (which was a total failure), kicked everyone in the teeth, and has shown himself to be entirely unstable by randomly banning people, randomly coming up with rules and hastily implementing them, all while having the whole world watching every tweet (/minor breakdown).
In essence not much has changed on Twitter itself, less banning here, a little more there. Lots of posturing by everyone, but it hardly matters. I like the thought of no direct white house line, but ultimately it's about money and there seems to be a shortage.

Come on let's be real here, not a serious argument.
Elon doesn't seem very intent on stepping down, so I actually start to think he just expected to win, it sounds unlikely, but the guy lives in an echo chamber so it's entirely possible. If he's really planning on stepping down after it, props to him, but if not it's another supreme idiot move. For now, the circus is still going on
