Was the Vaccine Designed to kill

Here’s a real question. Should we separate the mutations, as in. variants, into classification as being whole new viruses be a healthy input for the research community? It’s not necessarily something which would be able to be dispensed in the media but should, or are they considered this way in a lab? Eventually this would make COVID vaccines more like a flu shot which is probably the next best we will manage save an eventual breakthrough is what I’m thinking.

Will COVID go the way of the common cold and become truly beyond combating at the rate of mutation in the world? It’s in every climate and takes host zoonotically. That’s terrifying stuff.

I have realized you’re all absolutely correct about the Lochness Monster death panel 2.0 the COVID vaccine - so I’m taking my leave.

I’m sorry.😴

I’m hoping to summon @MsDiz who is actually a top researcher who has been on the issue of vaccines specifically. She isn’t even all big brother yo, so it’s cool. Her factual ability to hypothesize and prove it’s not that bad. Without reference even as being an official source. I’d say this is so.

I think she’s pretty cool anyway,
Hahaha…. Honestly, I was going to reply to this thread more thoroughly but it’s pointless. People who debate only become more entrenched in their views than being open to information from “the other side”.

My personal view is that the vaccine is safe but yes, there are side effects we didn’t see from the trial (for obvious reasons). One being the effect on some women’s menstrual cycle (I was also in this group) which resolves usually after a few months (I am however seeing instances where issues have continued for a longer period). No evidence at all to suggest fertility has been affected and I don’t expect to see any.

Vaccines have side effects, it’s par for the course. It’s about weighing up the risk of getting a vaccine (that has been developed by scientists the world over who came together to find a solution to covid) or getting a new virus that is not only killing people but leaving people with long lasting side effects.

I hear it all the time, “why would I get a vaccine for a virus that only kills ‘x’ of people?” It’s not the mortality rate I personally worry about, it’s how the virus is attacking the hosts body and what we have seen so far, like the clotting issue, is only the tip of the iceberg.

I have also seen lots of people say, “well I didn’t get the vaccine and I never got covid.” The number of asymptomatic people who had/have covid is huge. That does not mean you are not at risk and I will link this case study.

I don’t support mandatory vaccination at all, just to make that clear. I mentioned before that my son wouldn’t be getting the vaccine as I don’t feel the evidence I’ve seen points to him being in any way at risk (his age group). I know many Drs in Ireland also feel this way and are actually vocal on their social media about this (children not needing the vaccine). Of course, it goes without saying children who are compromised are better to receive the vaccine than to get covid.

You can always find something that will support your viewpoint. I have tried to keep my mind open in regards to the vaccine/covid and made my decisions in line with what I’ve read. Will I need a covid vaccine next year? Maybe not, maybe the strains will continue to become less damaging and I’ll feel that I no longer require it or it could go the other way.

Keeping my mind open and I suggest everyone does the same.

Talking in circles achieves nothing but I wanted to put my final thought about this in the thread.

Thank you for your response. I wasn't sure if my summoning would work.

This is the one response that makes me considdper

Blood enemy. The rampage sparked by being asked to not spread a killer virus they even went out if their way to make the solution free, ly -available too, and has minimal downsides compared to the millions dead makes me think that bias is perfectly okay. Come get me killer.

Bias and non-bias in an argument shouldn’t be taken into account so much honestly. Of course we’re biased. I like doing small things for the greater benefit of society. I don’t trust everything either, but this isn’t nearly the human rights affront people make it up be. Some people have real problems like a vaccine complication, which this makes a mockery of when the real rate of occurrence and the whys are bent to suit a bloody murder level wah wah.

Generally speaking, we’re (majority of posters in NA or EU or AUS) in the most awakened, though divided, and pro choice (drop the abortion terminology for a sec here) societies in history. At least the vocal calls for this are loud and clear. And heard.

But there are 100% things across nations which should be, can be, and either are or will be accounted for. It’s usually like that. It’s an academic and punitive approach which is annoying at times, but at least we’re not free to call to action bloody murder for basic health care.

Oh wait we are. What stays within free speech and crosses lines is decided case by case. I and especially any authority won’t slam everyone equally. That’s a snark and a half because there are incredible downsides to that too, but this vaccine isn’t one of them.

I don’t mind being hard in my stance when I believe in something strongly. The fear mongering and radicalization here thanks to Trump and all sorts all over has created that. People are literally turned mentally I’ll in the heat of it.

In 25 years all of this will be very different. The people who took care despite being uncomfortable following a mandate will be verifiably correct. But these arguments won’t be as much a thing as that time period will be a few sets of hot buttons removed? You know what I mean?

Hopefully some basic genetic mods and improved vaccinations to be able to hold strong at under 90-95% retention will be holding things upright. The more hostile and clueless nations like China, the USA, even a lot of Canada where I’m from turned something which had maybe a possibility to squash a permanent problem.

I don’t really care if I hit a few funny bones here. These ideologies to align a simple vaccination in an emergency to full Orwellian terror, and an ‘I’m gonna stand in front of you in this bloodbath I swear upon you ’! style thinking can be kept to. DPRK and places we should be more focused on that than here.

It’s laughable. I am absolutely bitter, but I’ll puppeteer in a pro health stance all day even if I do get called a puppet. It’s okay to be brainwashed if you’re on track and open to suggestion anyway.

Do the short pokes kill the majority and no anecdote or something? Anyone got something with a DOI number on this?

Look, I don't really GAF what your politics are, what you think of my opinion, or my mentality. Bottom line is, anybody who thinks they should be allowed to force everybody to get a drug is absolutely 100% insanely drunk with power and hubris. This is an HR forum... you wouldn't force somebody to take a drug anymore than you would try to deprive them of their choice to take it. You think the science is totally settled on this and that science can do no wrong. So many people's lives have been destroyed simply for their medical choice.

And the product doesn't even stop the spread of the virus.

I don't care if people want to take the vax, ultimately. I care that there is a push to remove medical choice. That is my only concern. And that serves somebody's profits. It has nothing to do with quelling disease because these viruses mutate so rapidly that no vax can ever stop them. They are seasonal epidemics. If you backed off of the mandatory shit, I would be way less hostile. I'd still have my issues with the vax but oh well, people will do what they do.

But you want to take away my freedom to choose.

You're lost. That's all there is to it.

So it's ok for the diz to not support mandatory vacines but when I express exact same sentiment it provoked you into a wild and somewhat bewildering response

I'm just observing that and don't rquire a response or anything whatsoever, but perhaps it's something you'd benefit from considering.

Nice day man

I didn’t say I changed my stance, but!!

Something about a calm, rational and informed take from someone in the know (she’s literally studied vaccines by sticking herself with more than one of them she’s a top researcher in her field and successful) and from someone who’s a good friend makes for a calmer rationale.

Oh so the blood clots are from COVID itself not the vaccine…I thought they were now saying it was from the stress people get from the misinformation about the vaccine

Overall, the study findings showed a significant reduction in VO2max levels a week post- BNT162b2 vaccination among recreational endurance athletes. Further research must be conducted to determine the clinical significance of the observations.

Why haven't mods deleted this for spreading dangerous misinformation?

Oh, I see...

Definition of misinformation: difference of opinion.

No.....
Saying the vaccine was DESIGNED to kill people for population control is not an opinion, it's a lie. A dangerous, antivaxxer lie.

But don't worry that you can't tell the difference between an opinion and a fact, it can be hard for some people. At least you tried!
