I saw this paper a few days ago and have some doubts. The concentration of
CBDa, THCa, and CBGa in the body required for this inhibition is higher than what is seen in the body with edibles.

Also they did all of the binding concentrations in mass/volume not moles/volume, which is kind of weird (probably just cutting corners due to lazieness though).

They do use a few different assay types, so i do believe the base conclusion.

I think if you were to put this into practice you would want to consume megadose edibles if low THC weed made without any heating.

Even then i think the effects may be short lived due to the cannabinoid-carboxylic acids decarboxylating in vivo.

I would probably do this if(when) i got(get) covid, as even though it may not be the strongest effect, it would help me feel like i am being proactive and restore a little control to the situation (i would probably mega dose famotidine for similar reasons).

Nah man. Most edibles are decarbed it probably won't work.

The best bet is pick up either isolate or crumble of CBDA or CBGA and stir it into a fat or alcohol. Alcohol tends to mix best when NOT using heat so that would be the fastest route in my opinion. I've worked with both before and they had no problem at all dissolving into alcohol without heat.

I have been using a cold slow oil infusion for 3 years.

When I had Covid I couldn't eat or drink anything because of a very seperate burst tailbone cyst that caused some kind of digestive tract infection. I could only smoke for 6 weeks because everything I ate came up. I still had zero lung issues. I didn't think Covid was in the mix at first.

Current round of omicron again no lung issues although I am coughing this time. Last time wasn't even a cough.

My product would basically be RSO now. Slowly I got lazy and found I could just throw older weed into oil and wait a bit. I put away my digitally controled self agitating ceramic heat chamber that takes a butt load of time to clean and use a tupperware.

I am on a dose of between 500 and 900mg thc daily orally but no way I can smoke that. I probably only hit a bubbler 2 or 3 times a day when I had it the first time.

If cannabis is helping me it is in some much more hidden way. I would argue because thc is helping increase the supply of dopamine in my brain and my brain is running/guiding my immune system it is helping but that is to indirect a stretch.

I may be proven wrong by science because there is some overlap in the ace2 receptors but in my opinion Canabis use is not a silver bullet vs covid or being anymore helpful than an asprin is. Maybe some relief but not an antiviral contender, I want to be wrong on this but I can't see it.

I can't tell anymore if this is blatant statist propaganda or if some people are actually so far gone they believe promoting public health justifies totalitarianism.

Reminder to all - newsmedia are not our friends. Pharmaceutical companies are not our friends. Government is not our friend. They view us as human cattle to feed off of. They are only interested in the health of their livestock the way a farmer would be. It doesn't mean for a second that they care for our rights.

Reminder to the vaccinated, specifically - If you let the unvaccinated lose their rights, you will be next.
 

Yes mr kinkle I am and I think I had covid but it could of been something else it's just the way the winds blowing mate now I have a card to prove I've been vaccinated so no more worrying about bulshit restrictions etc anyway I can't barely keep my eyes open and keep nodding out I noticed I've got a few replies on this thread I will get back to you all when I'm properly awake stay safe and stay sensible and remember even though common sense has the word 'common' it ain't all that common now days sadly 😔

There have been a few obviously created accounts pop in here and suddenly support all kinds of new vaccine theory, and accounts like @massive where their posting history takes 7 year breaks until they are needed for support.

When you have to make accounts and create false identities to support the theories being pumped out why? Are you making money? What will you do with your money when all the people who make stuff aren't making stuff anymore?

It is as if the world forgot we need to get work done, I think some people believe money can somehow save them all on its own. Stopping the world from working is using up humanities reserves. Soon this foolishness will begin killing millions, once that begins the wars will come.

Sure it is. So it my frusteration with the continous misunderstanding and misdirection.

I am currently not working and have hours to troll this board, it became obvious there were a few new troll accounts. They appear to pop in with support for very specific things and disappear again. I could be completely wrong, it is simply what is happening (new, or old accounts dormant for up to 7 years) are showing up with mostly insulting commentary.

While this makes the chatter more colourful and does to a degree achieve more dialog, it really reduces the quality of it. People like myself who have no return for our time invested here besides healthy discourse bore quickly when we face planned effort to obscure any varying opinions.

Despite attempts to bring some dialogue vs bashing to this conversation my frusteration level is high. I understand so is @chinup and I have worked hard to help them be better understood as well as see how the ever moving goalposts of the pro pharmaceutical side is making science look more foolish daily.

We all want to believe the scientist, those of us that grow food etc do extra work so they can expand the base of human knowledge and we can simply put faith in them. Currently this is not working, the population have lost faith in government, science, media and the corporate sector.

When the answers we receive from these, now lined up sectors, are not matching the reality we are experiencing, we need one of these sectors to wake up and take notice. It cannot happen all at once but it is occurring.

Right now we are beginning to see the end of this virus, we need to immediately get back to work as a human species or the death toll from two years off will be staggering. We don't really have time any more to bother with who paid whom to do what. We don't need to prove any points, we need to stop the fuss and get to work.

In the next few months millions of people world wide will be forced or persuaded under duress of loss of liberty of their life to take an injection for a virus that has mutated itself down to cold like symptoms.

Please stop actively supporting this, you are smarter than this. Yes we have a wave of sick people coming and a few will die, we should always make our best vaccine available to people who are fearful, and recommend it correctly. I just went through Omicron and my husband made me get a test to prove it. (He is asian and still has some kind of idea that is what is protecting him, so yes I understand foolish notions shouldn't be supported).

We will probably never know the truth of what level of human involvement or lack of it there may have been, we can only act towards the very damaging mandates that are crippling our economies and turning us against each other.

This virus is endemic and unless someone really did start this and has virus 2 ready to drop we need to work together to put food back in everyonrs pantry.

My apologies for the inferences that can be made from my post. I have no clue who runs what mule on here I can't see logged IP's.
