Opinion The New world order has arrived and the the final solution is in place. Bye bye the free world hail the new overlords

There isn't a finite amount of wealth. The entire Western world is getting richer and richer (perhaps) at the expense of the third world, but that isn't clear either.

We are getting richer along with the rich. They are just getting more rich.

If what you're saying about the new world order is true, you are a willing participant. We are all part of the rich getting richer; it's called prosperity.
What’s wealth to you? If you respond please consider in context.. individual not you, you, a community, a nation and the entire earth.

with prosperity the same parameters..?

@neversickanymore

I have not been using my own standards of wealth/prosperity because it's largely irrelevant to other people's opinions.

In other words: regarding @TripSitterNZ for example, I'm more concerned with consistency. I like to rationalize things. It calms me. It makes very little sense to me to criticise a system, if all the other options are worse.

What do I think of wealth?

I care very little about money. This frustrates some people in my life, because I did very well in school... but I don't judge them for having more than me nor do I feel sorry for those who have less.

My father is very wealthy but he has only recently (I think because of COVID) started sharing it.

I appreciate my inheritance, but it means much less to me than it would to most people. I think this frustrates my father. So be it. He has neglected me emotionally for a long time.

As for prosperity, that is easier.

Prosperity includes the people who are suffering in Australia. They are prosperous. The only thing insisting upon their suffering is themselves.

I have examined the situation in my country much closer than other Western countries, but there seems to be an international trend.

If we are so hard done by, what about people in China?

Keep worshipping at the altar of Capital,

That seems to be working so far 😏

Yes.
Yes, it does.
As evidenced by the ever escalating wars of imperialist expansion and the tightening noose around the neck of the working class.

Retirement is a thing of the past, they expect us to work ourselves into the grave, while taking all of the surplus value.

That's the "new world order". Well, it's not all that new. It's been called different things over the years but it's a very old thing.

it's a very old thing

Agreed, to some extent. As much as we can agree. Yes. It is a very old thing. Even in the OP's original post, he said it's been happening since the beginning of civilization. So let's not call it something it isn't.

Nothing is perfect.

Along with prosperity, comes bullshit.

You can focus on the bullshit... or you can focus on the prosperity.

Is the glass half full or half empty?

Or is our attitude FUCK THE GLASS!

have you read Animal Farm?

When did national pride become a crime?

I love my country. I really do.

Yes, I studied literature at university. I also studied maths. I'm one of those weird people that has multiple academic degrees that chose to work with people.

There is no "they". The economic world is the same as the evolutionary world. We are all part of a system that reinvents itself according to necessity.

The perception that there is a negative force in the universe is contrary to Buddhism, which is my gold standard of mainstream ideologies.

There is no Satan.

There is no bad man.

There just is.

Can you dig it? ;)

Physics and maths. Depends on your perspective. Maybe they will ruin us. Maybe they will save us.

Arts and music are harmless.

Well, that's a loaded question.

I honestly don't know.

I'm not the best father in the world, that's for sure. I'm not the best sexual (or emotional) partner. I'm a shitty son, but that's complicated.

I don't know, man.
Probably not?

And, so what?

Disregard their expectations.

It is all just hot air, isn't it?

Nothing is actually preventing you from living as if it is the fifteenth century.

EDIT: Apologies, again. I'm trying to distract myself from a medical condition.

Dont think like that mate. What you consider to be a best dad in the world would not be the best dad in the world for many others.
birdup- what if I told you that the best thing in your childs mind that brings so much happiness is going to the zoo seeing the animals.
And who takes him? YOU! :In love:
