I feel much better than when I wrote it. My only symptoms the vision, maybe its hppd. I have crazy tunnel vision and aftergolwing sometimes i see black shapes on the wall. My dp is weak and dont bother me. My emotions aren't the same but not bad. Btw the whole thing is change my mind I always thinking about the future and i don't care the man who i was and this the key you have to dealing with yourself. I already don't take medicine and drugs and I rarely drink.

u dont have anymore depression and anxiety and panic attack?

How is your vision?
It's weird, hard to describe. Sometimes looks so blurry but i was at an eye specialist and she told my vision is perfect. You know it's very similar when're you high or drunk. But the most annoying thing the tunnel vision, when you sit on the first row in the cinema and you can't realize the whole screen that you watch.

The same for me i started between 5 pm and 7 pm when sun goes down its weird like a cloud in my brain

Dont worry about your tunnel vision i talked to one who got it and it faded with time

Hey guys and gals, Happy New Year!

As part of my life mission to get as many people healed as I possibly can, I have a couple things I'm really excited to share with you all today:

1 - More recovery stories! I took a deep dive into the underbelly of Bluelight (not always a pleasant experience btw) and found like 50 more recovery stories / words of encouragement. I have them added to the link that I previously posted a few weeks back: LTC Recovery Stories. If anyone has any other list put together or content from the deleted thread 6, please please hit me up so I can get them added. Or even better, if you've been waiting to write one yourself, please do share! Props to @dojfy for his incredible one last week.

2 - This one is BIG. I'm putting together a LTC Recovery Manual. My idea is to get all the best information out there compiled into a single resource so that someone new to this experience can have what they need in their hands early and can avoid falling too far into the anxiety spiral (like I did). Basically, what information I wish I had at my fingertips on day 1, not day 200+. If what I put together is helpful to others, my ultimate goal is to create a website with the proper SEO network in place so that people can easily find this when they first start researching.

With that said, I've finished Step 1 of 7, which can be found here: LTC Recovery Toolkit. I envision this as an evolving document so if any present and past sufferers can please take a look and give me feedback (including negative) I'd greatly appreciate it.

3 - As I'm sure the other members can attest to, we had an absolutely incredible discussion today in the LTC Positivity chat group. I honestly feel the most motivated I ever have in my recovery so far (hence all the work I put in today). The support and comradery we have going on there already is more than I would have ever envisioned. If anyone is looking for a positive environment while we get better, please hit me up so I can get you added.

Lots more to come in 2021. Let's make this the year we write our final recovery stories!

Did a binge last weekend. Consumed slightly over 1g over 2 days. Day 1 4 doses of 150mg, next evening 4 of 100mg. Hadn't used in about 4 months. Very stupid, I know, but I did it and so I'm here.

Monday-Wednesday were hell, dissociative, mild ringing in my ears (tinnitus). Don't feel like myself much. Today, Thursday, I am starting to feel better. Lots of exercise and drinking water.

I think I got mild serotonin syndrome the second night on sunday. Got real sweaty with fast heart rate but I made sure to drink tons of water.
Past couple nights sleep has been light but seems to be getting better. Ear ringing seems to be getting better.

So I've made it a point to:
- jog 2 miles on treadmill and other misc work.
- Eat sardines in oil along with other supplements.
- Consume 900mg of lithium, don't use but 15 year ago when a teen I used for bipolar and they work with on building up serotonin neurons and other brain neurons (neurogenisis).

I'll keep doing this to see how it works. Feels like my libido and appetite is back a little. It's like they've been completely suppressed. Tomorrow Friday will be day 5 post 2-day binge. Also had general melancholy feeling about a lot of things.

I just hope I recover most of my functions again. One thing is certain, I won't be doing M again. Just L and fungus.

Thoughts anyone?

No need to worry yet, if symptoms persist after 1 month is when you officially have LTC i think. 3 week comedowns arent uncommon with binges like that

I really appreciate you replying. Yes vigorous exercise if you can.

h and libido have turned back. Feel mostly like myself.
Only thing is ear ringing seems about constant. I hope that goes. Only real noticeable in bed.

still scary enough to not ever touch M again.

everyone reading this hang in there!!!! You’ll get better.

Day 6.
Most symptoms gone, still mild ringing.

biggest one is now I can’t sleep at all! Any suggestions? Thanks

when after day 6 most of your symptoms are gone you dont have LTC (LONG term comedown). You`ll be completly normal very soon.
I'm just hoping the insomnia thing resolves. I managed to sleep a bit ago for about 90-120 minutes popping a bunch of melatonin.

Will report back. Just good diet and lots of cardio and hopefully I'll be a-ok. Thx @alienattack

The ringing is basically a sound of brain damage. Do you feel pressure in your head, how is your memory and concentration?
insomnia relates to damage in hypothalamus specifically. Good news is, its one of few brain parts that are still capable of full neurogenesis in adults. the sleep should normalise in 3-4 months. While there are plenty of foods that can help this, the best diet to heal after brain injuries is not really a diet.
I will now try to discuss the treatment thats somehow less talked about here.
Counterintuive as it sounds its fasting, or starving yourself for up to 3days. It stimulates cell autophagy (that is killing off the damaged cells, and induces various brain growth factors by hundreds of percent). The recycling of damaged or old cells was a natural process triggered in an event of starvation through the human evolution. Its a wonderfull process capable of preventing cancer, slowing down aging and healing almost anything. The modern man though, with constant overeating just do not allow it to kick in, and the organism is burdened with badly functioning cells due for renewal.
24+ hour fasting is legitimate treatment after traumatic brain injuries, (we have a chemical one here but i dont think it makes much difference). Multiple white paper articles on pubmed. Most of them are on animals though, but dont be put off, since it would obviously not be possible or ethical to do specific testing on humans.
Personally i've done numerous food suplements and nootropics, but observed the most progress when on 48-72hour fasting regiment once a week. as hardcore as this sounds, try it, seriously.

Strap in, its going to be a long ride.

Why write things like this that are bound to give cause to unnecessary anxiety? This does not reflect my experience at all, I have had difficulties sleeping following every single instance of me consuming MDMA, and it's always gradually resolved over the course of about ten days.

@andman1326 I really wouldn't worry about it and would suggest staying away from threads such as this for some time. Being in a state of MDMA induced chemical imbalance and obsessing over having caused some sort of lasting damage is a recipe for disaster.

Effects of 1gram binge will hardly go away in a week. i understand everyone is a fragile snowflake here and needs a lot of nurturing, but the amount of copium and obvious levels of /seven stages of grief/ in some stories is indeed sad and shocking. Downplaying the situation or lying to yourself is never good. Lets get real here - the overdose, and resulting chemical poisoning, combined with overheating, has physically destroyed pathways in the brain, they will likelly rewire with time, but its not some make-believe anxiety monster that you can negotiate with or hide from. the brain has incredible repair mechanisms, but you need to help it as much as possible. Also, if you felt a hit, and its important to you, try to stay mentaly active as well, even though it might be difficult. Its like physical theraphy after other kinds of accidents. essential to recovery of lost function.
So you, yes, probably will be fine, i was in very similar situation. But it took time.
Also - very important - Stay away from loud music and protect your ears as much as possible during this period, if you want a chance of tinnitus (ringing) dissapearing.
