Skipping over appeals and cases against trump, I count just over 40.

Don't tell me you're arguing in good faith when you don't even read my links and just cry fake news. And then argue that I "changed it" to 20 on the nonsense argument that if I don't provide a list of 40 that means I'm automatically arguing that there isn't 40 when I SPECIFICALLY at the time said it wasn't an exhaustive list.

Calling all mainstream media articles fake news is bad faith. Repeatedly saying I said shit I didn't say is bad faith.

What did I say you said that you didn't say?

There aren't 40 cases on that list. Read it again. You're counting some of them two/three/four times, because they are listed multiple times. The total (including the suits that have nothing to do with Trump's administration and the ones filed against him are less than 40.

You are arguing in bad faith.

The full list is about 60 legal cases, of those there is 1 against trump, and it works out to about 40 separate cases not counting appeals. If you could be fucked to give a shit about what you say you could look them up and see who filed them and who the lawyers who filed them work for.

But you can't, you just go "fake news, your source doesn't count, you said 40 then 20, blah blah".

I'm done, When I give sources you ignore them, you won't accept anything less than me manually explaining all 40 cases and I have ZERO doubt you will find a way to ignore that too.

That's bad faith, and I'm done engaging with you about it.
 
There are not 60 cases there.
You are counting cases multiple times.

Wood v. Raffensperger is mentioned twice.
Costantino v. Detroit is mentioned three times.

You're not even looking at what you're citing as evidence.

Appeals are not lawsuits but yes, it is the same bullshit 40 as your wikipedia page.
According to CNN the number is 14 which is very close to the 15 I guessed.

You're just cutting and pasting lists from "Post-election lawsuits, 2020"
This isn't a list of Trump's lawsuits. That's why it includes lawsuits against him.

Very quickly, the first 2 on your list CAN'T be both attributed to the Trump administration.
They are both the same fucking lawsuit.
Try reading what you're posting.
 
Yes I am looking at them, I removed the one against trump.
And I never argued they were trumps personal lawsuits, I said they were legal actions taken by trumps legal team to overturn the election result.

I said there were about 40 and that he lost all but 1. And that is correct.

Have you actually looked at any of the cases I've listed, have you actually gone and gotten the complaint document to see who the lawyers were? For even a single one?

And yet you're absolutely sure there haven't been more than 8...

WTF? When did I say that?

Initially I counted the list you provided and said there were 8 filed by the Trump administration. I miscounted and corrected it to 9. Then I said maybe there as many 15 total after you switched it from 40 to 20. Turns out (according to CNN) there are 14.
