Funny how you don't hear the blm people talking about the murder rate in st louis ( a majority black city), or Detroit, or Chicago..... out here killing kids and no one says a word....
Bro I don't know the first thing about you.Why cherry pick and ask a question when you know my answer?
I don't understand the white fright, but I do understand fearing the other.
I interact with many ethnicities and "races" everyday. Some people are assholes and racists, but most are just hard working people that want to have a stable and rewarding existence on this little speck of dust in the cosmos.
IMO and IME of course.
At the heart of it, I think some people fear the sweeping changes that BLM represents. I think some people fear the rapid change of our societies so much, that they would be willing to give up a huge portion of their rights to live under the heel of an authoritarian state.
Then they could go back to their ho-hum lives of mindless material consumption and the mass hallucinations of the corporate sponsored alternative media. Think FOX NEWS and similar paid for streams of propaganda.
That would be "racist" "dangerous" "extremist terrorism" because there is currently an anti-white agenda.let me ask you, if I said "White Power" and organized a rally with a bunch of mixed colors holding up a fist for White Power, how would that go?
This is a problem because we aren't clear about what BLM represents. At the heart of it, I think some people fear the sweeping changes that BLM represents.
This is ironic considering how much corporate backing the BLM movement has received. Virtually every huge company has jumped on board in support.the mass hallucinations of the corporate sponsored alternative media.
Black Lives Matter began as a call to action in response to state-sanctioned violence and anti-Black racism. Our intention from the very beginning was to connect Black people from all over the world who have a shared desire for justice to act together in their communities. The impetus for that commitment was, and still is, the rampant and deliberate violence inflicted on us by the state.
State sanctioned violence and the egregious use of deadly force should concern everyone. Even you @JGrimez
It's the liberal whites who want no guns, I don't think the black community was keen on no guns (were they? was no guns a thing of BLM?)Funny how you don't hear the blm people talking about the murder rate in st louis ( a majority black city), or Detroit, or Chicago..... out here killing kids and no one says a word....
Go to a heavily populated liberal US city, organize and find out!let me ask you, if I said "White Power" and organized a rally with a bunch of mixed colors holding up a fist for White Power, how would that go?
Systematic oppression is complex. It's not obvious where the conversations are taking place, but you can rest assure this topic is being discussed immensely.Funny how you don't hear the blm people talking about the murder rate in st louis ( a majority black city), or Detroit, or Chicago..... out here killing kids and no one says a word....
Systemic racism against black Americans is a myth. If a black person wants to get out of poverty or the ghetto this is their choice to work hard, become educated, and get hired for a job or career that pays well it is not difficult. If they want to stay in the ghetto and sell dope and crack rocks instead of becoming educated, saving money, etc. that is their choice.Systematic oppression is complex. You can view the conversations people are having about exactly this topic in places such as art.
"Getting out of the ghetto" is a common theme in modern black musicians music. Often times these musicians will take this theme one step further and the sing/rap about giving back to their community that they painstakingly crawled out of. It's about overcoming great obstacles and then changing it for future generations.
If it was an easy fix, it would have been done already.
You are asserting a conclusion without a logical argument and which is it? One or the other? Are you unsure?ALL LIVES MATTER
or no lives matter

African Americans have made and accomplished some of the greatest and most influential contributions to science, sports, music, entertainment, politics, literature, etc.. in America. Especially in regards to sports and music. They've a complete stronghold on popular culture and civil discourse. Black CEOS, Black millionaires, Black billionaires in America? Yes, they exist. A Black President? Yeah, that happened. And you know what? That's already been built during the past. This is a freer America, and it has been for a while. In today's America, nothing is holding Black people back from the American Dream. Black people hold themselves back.
Black American culture is one that teaches its children from a young age that they’re oppressed by White-European people and everyone that is not black. This in turn causes subversive if not outright racism towards white people. Not only that but it also causes a general attitude amongst the black community that there is not point in trying to succeed, because it is impossible. This is one of the reasons why blacks still have the highest rate of poverty amongst all racial groups in America. In turn there tends to be a general disdain for those who do succeed in the black community. Successful blacks are often looked upon as a traitors, called racist names like 'uncle Tom', and whitewashed posers by other African Americans. Black people do hold themselves back.
Here's some data for you: Most blacks get murdered by blacks despite whites being a majority. Whites are more likely to be murdered by blacks than the other way around despite whites being a majority. Blacks make up like less than 20% of the US population yet commit the majority of crimes including the majority of violent crime. And just to blow your mind, this is the case not just in the US but even in countries like the UK where slavery was abolished centuries ago, so that excuse doesn't work for you. And I could go on and on. The correct phrase would actually be 'White Lives Matter' based on the data but that would be considered Nazism. That's some black and white thinking there.
Nah'mean?
