Sad Birthday

Man, I'm actually kinda liking this lockdown, though here in Ontario, we're allowed to move around freely and aren't confined to our homes. I sort of have self-confined though I'm probably going to go down to the lake once I brew some mushroom tea in a bit.

Is the Austrian government not providing any financial support to people? Here, we were given 2000$/mth if laid off work, home ill, or self-isolating. I got my loot just on Thursday. I'm back at work though, because I'm "essential".

How's the cocaine in Austria? I can't imagine cocaine in central Europe is anything too crazy good. I hope I'm wrong though.

I'm jealous that you can normally move. We can't and if the police gets you you have to pay a lot of money.

Yes, the Austrian government gave people like me (1-man-companies) 1000 euro. These are not even my fix costs. LIke they say (and they say SUCH a lot the last days) there will be a second help after Easter and I'm hoping for the 2000 Euro because 1000 doesn#t even cover my fix costs.

Cocaine in Austria can be very good or very bad, depends on whom you know. Mine is let's say "good", not very good , but there is much to much Kerosine in it so it fucks up my nose....

Yeah, we can move around, but are strongly discouraged from doing so and a lot of the parks are either semi-closed or fully closed (the provincial and national parks, for example). I haven't left my neighbourhood except for work in a month. In fact, I haven't even been down to the lake in almost two weeks and I live 200m away from the shoreline.

Yeah, 1000Euros isn't much for a business stipend. Are they allowing you to defer your taxes? Here, they've deferred all income and business taxes and are thinking of returning VAT remittances to businesses. There are also interest free loans through banks available.

I hope you're able to keep your business afloat. I'm in construction so we're still going. We shut down for two weeks...which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Have you found the time stuck at home to have gone by slowly? A friend of mine has been self-isolating at home here for the last month and she says the time has just flown by.

Yeah, so it's like coke anywhere outside of South America: hit or miss. Nothing worse than shitty coke....what a fucking waste of time, health, and money when it's not good.

The coke Is good, it's just burning like hell.

The Government said after Easter we get money again until 2000 Euros, depends on your taxes history the last years. So I'm hoping.... And yes, we can put down the taxes to zero if we want and also the social insurance to the minimum but you have to pay it back, with 4 percent taxes... MHMMMM.....

oh fuck my nose

JJ

Geeze, watch your nose. Why is coke burning? Coke doesn't burn.
You sure it's not meth? Now THAT burns.

No it's definitely coke and it feels good but was washed I guess with Kerosine to much....

OUCH

That sucks. We used to get "diesel" coke here. Fucking stank, but I don't remember it ever burning.

...damn, this zweigelt is pretty good. No burn though. ;)

Nice....I don't drink much Austrian wine....it isn't widely sold here. It's easily available, but just not in massive quantities. I got this bottle delivered from my local wine bar. They're closed due to lockdown but are doing home deliveries. <3

What's your favourite grape?

Oh, I should drink more wine more quickly, that's a natural painkiller

My birthday falls somewhere near yours. The majority of my last few birthdays, going back to age 20 or 21 were mostly suicide attempts.

Wishing you a happy birthday.

hi,

noooo please stay. You are needed as everyone else on that entire world. Do you want to talk about what makes you so sad on your birthday? I have an open ear for you always.

I'm not sure if I could put my finger on it. Thank you for your concern.

I should be fine this year.
