If someone is actively cock or clit blocking someone, the victim has a right to engage in serious retaliation, though there have to be aggravating circumstances to earn them a sock full of the local coinage, usually nickels or ¹⁄₂₀ of the base unit*, upside the head. But otherwise, maybe it is the person who isn't getting any who is at fault?
This applies to other sources of pleasure like the putative effects of drugs, hence the War On Drugs† and the government and others willing to whack their own citizens, which means it even goes beyond all the money for the rehab racketeers . . .Sex, drugs, rock & roll, Satan, the whole ball of wax: the path of destruction through history is appalling . . . Jesus Christ can someone invent a unisex concealable/implantable vibrator or something to calm these people down? Maybe with an electrophoresis capability to deliver tranquillisers or saltpetre & brimstone or whatever hormone combination calms them down in conservative doses.

1984 any less than what some of the demon snake bastards are suggesting about the gravy train fake opioid cri$i$ . . . people in the US should start following the votes of their people in elected office and know that people running for election in 2020 are some of the worst: Senator Tom Cotton (Republican, Arkansas) many things but trying to ban poppy seeds is worst, Senator Joe Manchin (Democrat, West Virginia) trying to outlaw hydrocodone neat capsules and tablets . . . .
and, alas, read up about all of the Republican and Democratic presidential candidates and see how readily most of them expect a big payoff by blaming drugs manufacturers for shit that didn't happen, the more they yell about corporate oligarchy is a good index (not that they are wrong, 99 per cent of the time, but all I have seen is counterproductive and ill informed -- is it pushing a rock uphill, or what people do when they cannot win elections, much like term limits?) feel a frisson from the near miss that Mr Yang has described so far, and then have your heart broken again reading the section on opioids on campaign web page of Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (Democrat, Hawai'i II. District) -- who none the less achieved her stated goal of introducing new and long lost ideas about foreign policy, as can be seen by the rabid reaction of the war mongers and Slavophobes, and holy smokes she uses the right terms too: rot, warmonger, I think munitions maker as well, hearkening back to when Congress under a committee in the mid 1930s chaired by Senator Nye (Republican, North Dakota) which found out about the racket that was the First World War. In fact, everyone is still cleaning up the mess today. But Cotton and Manchin especially have to go down.
