I don't believe it is in response to "grab 'em" but it is indeed a means of outrage expressed more than once by women towards Trump. There have been other such events.

You're such a fucking idiot, it just blows my mind. Do you honestly think having a red line on the flag is disrespecting it? Even the military has one.
