I wasn't born a radical ancom, I've just been moving further and further leftlib as I get older, from a conservative christian start. but it's not like being one interferes with military duties, centrists, progressives, and leftists are essential in the military to keep reactionaries from committing the countless war crimes they join to commit, the rape, murder, and pillage they desire and their reason for joining. they do it and get away with it too much because there aren't enough of us, but it would be 100x worse if the military was full of nothing but reactionaries

there's a lot of progressive and leftist veterans, the US military is a really good cross section of US society

I seriously don't think anyone in the military wants to rape and kill people. If they do they are likely outliers and should have been filtered by mental health screenings.

Damn tathra your conception of what makes someone rich is wild to me. I make more than $50k a year but uh... I'm a long fucking way from rich. I'm just comfortable. And lucky to own my own house.

Also yeah, any time people start talking about indiscriminately murdering groups of people where individuality is not considered (landlords, wealthy), it turns me off. I mean fuck what if I went out of the country for a year and rented my house out to someone in my absence instead of selling it? Should I be murdered?
