Here's the reason why that's bunk.
Take America. America is a nation where we keep letting people in.
First it was founded by mostly white anglo-saxon protestants - the English. Others from the British isles trickled in as well.
Then as America grew, we saw more people from western and northern Europe come. Those were followed by the central, southern, and eastern Europeans, as well as east Asians and other groups.
With all these different groups, with different languages, religious beliefs, and cultures, America did not fall apart. Instead, we grew rich.
And now you are telling me that the solution is to stop immigration because it harms us?
Look at what's out there - the businesses being run, the scientific research being done, the people who are contributing to our society. We're benefiting greatly from immigration.
I never said stop immigration. And you can't compare pan-European culture (and people who when they fuck their children don't look so out of place for generations-- identity does have effects, and who we identify with) with those from the Middle East and Africa, and the rates of immigration are vastly different as well. Many differences.
Alone, when I argue with myself, alone, I think attitude is a big thing. I think if we just remained positive, and if the hateful element wasn't there, and we were all just perfect, then we could bear this, but that's not what is happening right now; People are feeling more and more divided, and lacking national identity and unity. The way America happened before was somewhat gradually, and it took quite a bit of time. Now America (U.S.- not trying to be a hick), has gone from 90% White Majority to under 60% in less than a century. Human behavior- facts about it, are neglected, in favor of big bucks. They are not- the immigrants are not necessarily the problem- it's the slave drivers that just have different names (and human nature). And even they- themselves, are competing, and probably not completely responsible. Not saying stop immigration, I'm saying do it intelligently.
We should also be able to see that birds of a feather want to flock more together, and not be offended. I'm not offended if a Japanese girl tells me she wants to marry a Japanese man, if I have been pursuing her. I'm not offended that Jews want to marry Jews, or would like to keep their influence and social-climate intact, where they might be. I respect it. Granted, if they had something I needed, in another time, if we needed it, and had no other way, we'd go and take it, and perhaps that's a reason to side with the globalist agenda. But really all that is doing is handing over control,
trusting that people really have
our best interests at heart, and will not stop before honoring them (they will, they'll cut corners, and when it's time for someone to starve, didn't that happen in Communist Russia?).
I'm a minimalist. I like minimalism. I like plain shirts, with no big logos saying I can afford cool stuff. I also like the modesty of Islamic wear. I would rather something have as little 'moving parts' as possible, and this thing requires a 'contraption'.. of modifiers, regulation, and often subsidizing other groups- that will never be fully blended with/one with the rest. It's often artificial, and I don't care for make-up (at least, it shouldn't be the "bottom" layer).
Alas'- it may all work out just fine. But certainly, not many of us would choose this. I doubt the African Slaves would have wanted to come just so their descendants could live with more access and potential than they may have in Africa. And still, we still don't choose this. Most white people marry white people. Most black people marry black people. Most Mexicans marry Mexicans. Most Muslims marry Muslims. White people marry the least out-side their group of all, and they have also produced the most successful civilizations/societies (they were produced within, and are part of an ecosystem)-Coincidence? I also doubt that people are filled with pride, esteem and joy to have to abandon their cultures/homes. A lot of damage control is needed. Do I blame them? No, I blame men, and human nature. I just want to work with it, not deny it exists (or give to ideology that "works" in denial of it).
