So let's get a bit more specific what would you consider strong growth? 1.5% 2% etc I have stated that our gdp growth has been lack luster hence every interest group coming out from every rock complaining about things. Obamas not the end all be all to which way the economy goes but I would hardly say his policies help grow the economy. I think that this a fair assessment.

Again, what's this do with Trump and how does this mean he represents you? He is your representative, after all.
I don't understand the question. All six measurements (including disenfranchised workers) of unemployment are down.
Am I happy that most of those positions are being filled by part time, low wage service jobs? No. But again, where does Trump come in? Is he going to institute a training and public works program that lifts everyone out of these low paying service positions FDR style?

Bernie lost no more insane big government ideas. A strong leader that cant be bought is something I am willing to gamble on. Unlike you Idgaf about taking jobs back from people in other countries. Protectionist policies already exist it is just having the right balance imo

Any self-respecting Nationalist (assuming they exist?) would be crazy to back Trump, of all people.
If you wish to notice that you are living in a world with other countries you just have to take them in account.
Everything is relative, even world economics. If country A is having a 2.5% GDP growth and country B is having a 10% plunge then country A is doing 12.5 percentage points better than country B.
While EU is currently a mess (just look at the USD/EUR exchange rates) and USA is having a stagnant growth it is still doing hell of a better job in economy and in my opinion that would be a change to build new social infrastructure to keep things going better.

At the contested convention, what will Bernie tell the super delegates that they don't already know? I'm not familiar with the process, but I would think if the "Bernie has a better chance of beating Trump in November" argument was going to work it would have already. Seems they've already made their decision.

Sorry but if you're looking at just the percentage of growth... then you are looking at it wrong drop. The U.S. economy is so much bigger than any other country in the world, it's not even close. Here is a look at the countries with the highest GDP growth % in 2015:
If you're curious, the U.S. ranks 114 with 2.6% in 2015. It's almost impossible for the United States to ever crack the top 50. The U.S. 2.6% is sooooo much more growth than all all of the countries ranked above the U.S. It's easy to have a high GDP growth % when your economy is so small.
Papa New Guinea 16% gdp growth is a fraction of a percent of the U.S. growth
Cities like Los Angeles and New York City are in the top 20 largest economies in the world lol.. Much bigger than most countries. I wouldn't be surprised if the state of Texas is in the top 10

The ideal GDP growth rate is 2-3% per year, it's currently just over 3, this ensures stability and steady growth. If the US were to be growing at 10% literally everything in our lives would be turned upside down. Lest we forget GDP growth was in the red at the end of 2008. Remember all that panic and unemployment and despair? That was only a 3 point difference.

Making their decision 6 months before the convention would be a terrible idea. Polls can change drastically in weeks, let alone months. Like I've been predicting, Hillary's poll numbers continue to decline. In a poll released today she was actually losing to Trump by 2 points. That's down from beating him by 10 points just a month ago.
As she continues to lose ground in head to head polls with Trump she'll increasingly be seen by the Democratic Party leaders as unelectable. Just wait until Trump starts really airing her dirt in a way Bernie refused to do. Her favorablity rating will just keep going down.

She's also trailing Trump significantly with Independent voters that weren't allowed to vote in most primaries, 38% to 27%. There are FAR more Independents than there are Republicans and Democrats.
Meanwhile Bernie has been getting a whopping 70% of the independent votes in open primaries.
Bernie Sanders will win the Democratic nomination and then the Whitehouse. There's nothing short of party suicide they can do to stop it.

And of course, that's not even taking into consideration that she's being investigated by the FBI and could be indicted at any moment. Just because Bernie has refused to talk about that doesn't mean Trump will do the same. The Republicans will apply serious pressure on the FBI to push forward with charges in a general election and Trump will bring it constantly, further crushing her favorablity and trustworthiness ratings.

looking at a single poll isn't that helpful. there are isolated polls which give trump the lead over sanders nationally but my guess is that you don't put too much stead in those?
on average, bernie is down against trump compared to where he was about a month ago.

Also, the last poll that had Trump ahead if Sanders was almost 3 months ago. I don't think it's really relevant considering how drastically his campaign has evolved since then.
