If you've dropped a fairly receptor punching dose of F-Lam then you're far better off holding out on the tooting for a while. The cogs don't turn as efficiently after a GABA assault and the euphoria is nullified - pretty much just cheesegrating your lungs.

I took them at around 3:30am, and waited till say 7 before I had any more 3-FPM. Euphoria still great every time.

The smell of the 3-FPM vapour is starting to grow on me... My room smells wonderful.

I read it as though you had dumped the F-Lam 10 minutes before chasing. 8 hours is more than sufficient.

Yeah it's a complete joke. Through over a month of pain and 2 trips to A&E the pain was that bad (and I'd say I have a fairly high tolerance to pain) I've had 10x 30mg dhc given to me at A&E.
At one point I was half fixed to go in with a box of dhc bought online, and ask them why am I being forced to buy painkillers online illegally, but thought better of it.

It's hard not to get annoyed with doctors these days I find. Everything is just to cover their own arses and not about helping people. But then the NHS budget being cut is clearly effecting things, last time I was in A&E I phoned NHS 24 first had to wait 3 hours for a call back, was given an appointment an hour later. Went all the way in, still had to wait 1.5hours after the appointment, even though the place was empty and they made it. Obviously it's not the staffs fault but annoying all the same.

I tend to stick 250mg on foil and vape till its gone as quickly as possible. Then say an hour later, repeat. I've dropped half a gram in a rizzla before, but didn't think it was any good and have never taken it orally again.

I once had one I went for the photo right after hitting a couple of lunges complete with a couple of mates in cackles outside the booth coming out with all sorts of shit to try and make me laugh and fuck up the photos. I think you've just edged it though.. And I'm glad to hear it they will be safer.

I tend to put 40/50mg or so on the foil at any one time, trying to run a quarter gram as one beetle just seems like it'd be a massive waste.
I try to leave a few hits on each tray to solidify so that once the bag is empty I can simply pull out 20 stored pieces of foil and either try and re-run the deposits or scrape the amber off a few and crush to powder which is added to a new piece.

If I don't just blast every tiny scrap I tend to recycle another day or two of binging.
