So, we're all aware of spice and all those dodgy 'herbal incenses' or "K2 Alternatives" guaranteed to have a 'strong aroma' which of course are presented with 'reviews' giving vague answers to what we really want to know about them.

Well, like alot of people who consider buying or consuming these products, I have to quit smoking cannabis due to drug testing.
Some may say that just stopping drug use all together is alot better and safer than consuming any of these sketchy blends, and while I recognize that's probably correct... I simply am unable to deal with life without atleast knowing there is some sort of escape at the end of the day. So some type of 'high' is definitely neccessary in order to live life semi-happily. So please, don't criticize me for using them/considering them. Your opinion is much better suited to those who will utilize it, as regardless of the consequences, more than likely I'm still going to give it a go.

Anyways, on to the inquisition. I have recently stumbled upon websites which offer these k2 alternatives/potpurri/etc. Most of which claim they are not for human consumption or are intended strictly for one of your five senses. Obviously, this is just a way of making it legal for them to distribute this products and there are other purposes for them. I mean, who the hell is going to pay $30 for a few grams of half-ass scented stems and leaves? So to keep that in mind, what chemicals do you think would be present in these kind of blends as of 2015? Most are aware of the first generation of these products, which contained JWH-018 and similar cannabinoids. I believe there was also a next generation of chemicals used to get around the laws made. So, as of 2015 what do you guys think they would even use for these type of blends? I've read articles that some blends do not even contain cannabinoids, and in fact have used psychedelic based chems. In fact, one of the featured products on the website claims that the blend contains 100% no synthetic cannabinoids. But upon a youtube search, there's plenty of evidence that the product can make someone high as a kite. While there's no way of really knowing what is in these blends without a lab test, what do you guys think the products may or may not contain? Any experience?

I apologize for rambling on, or seeming like a smartass. Just trying to be in level with how most of the members here feel towards these sort of products, hope you can understand and/or give me some useful advice for further research.

You should really avoid these blends, they've killed quite a lot of people. Even by RC standards synthetic cannabinoids are very new untested chemicals. The more recent ones seem even worse than the old JWH-018, they were just developed to get around prohibition laws by grey market chemists with little testing ever done on them. There are a number of different chemicals that can be used, blends often mix them, don't tell you what chemicals have been used or in what quantities. A lot are very potent, much stronger than pure THC & many times more dangerous. They can cause seizures and/or kidney damage.

We're not here to speculate on what may or may not be in synthetic cannabinoid laced blends. There are dozens to hundreds of synthetic cannabinoids that have been made in the past 10 years and vendors are always coming up with more.

If you want to know what's in synthetic cannabinoid blends, look into what kind of synthetic cannabinoids people are selling, that should give you an idea what's out there. Or, get some professionally tested.

I have to close this because it's a speculation thread about what's in your drugs.
