I have swapped over to bupe several times.But not from methadone-I did try that but the w/d's were immense.So I personally,consider the best option to be to take DFs or even solpadol,if you can cope with that,for a few days,instead of the green,for a few days before starting on bupe.Maybe throw in a few benzos if you are struggling.
For real,the best thing to do if you genuinely want to get clean but can't cope with CT,is to get onto Bupe.You have a really good chance of getting clean.Whereas with Methadone,you can use it for days when you cannot score for whatever reason and this enables you to use when you want/can.
So that's methadone=enabler .... and bupe=treatment for your disease(addiction)

Coz addiction makes you so useless and unworthy.
The world of those not addicted is so simple. We get reminded and reminded that the drugs dont work and the problems remain once the high has worn off. Ive forgotten my point now but its along the lines of people harping on about all your problems and claiming you wouldnt have these probs were it not for the drugs not thinking that it was the problems that made you turn to the drugs in the first place.
I think im trying to say that people think that all the other probs will go away magically when you stop taking drugs.
I seriously feel like my sister makes conditions that set me up to fail. Not that i follow her plan anyway but the way she goes on narrowing the post and moving the finish line. Its not nice. Its an il only listen to your words once youve jumped through my hoops. Afterthe terrible time ive had the last 7 days and no back up or reinforcement to tell my lad ges in the wrong for what he has done regardless of my habit. Well its good actually because i now know where i stand and feel stronger for it. I do feel strength alnighty can wehave a big amen?
Brimz im glad youre good. I need to get back to being the lone wolf one man band bag head and get my house in order. My lad bought me a nice mirror today.

All the pins you get are for insulin - the 1ml ones anyway which is what most people use, tho' when i started hitting up many moons ago I use to like the 2ml ones with separate needles to put on the works.
