^yep same here ugh! Vancouver's standard of living is quite high so if you don't work your ass off you are pretty much fucked lol
 
Why not. :) I'm 33. I split time between Portland, Oregon and the Bay Area, California. I like each for different reasons. When Portland is beautiful, it's amazing, but when it's peeing freezing rain and freezing pipes, yeah, I could do without that.

Both places have a lot of natural beauty. I'm from a suburb of New Orleans originally. It's very different.

I live about 20 miles north of London but know a few people that live in the city, it certainly is expensive and there seems less to do for free than most places. I like many parts, I have friend who leaves in green lanes and it always seems so vibrant and full of so many cultures.

I have almost taken jobs there in the past but I think the commute would destroy my soul so I didnt take them.

I doubt I could live there, it's just to enclosed and busy all the time and I guess I like my car and a bit of the country side, I know many people love it there.

I used to go clubbing back in the 90s, 4 Aces in Dalston, Fridge and the 404 in Brixton and well a a few squat parties, driving back was entertaining as 6am!

Nice to see someone from the UK an even from down south ;-)
 
I want to move to London. My entire family is from there but my grandparents moved here when my mother was 1.

No, not at all. That's why there's an option to display your location under your avatar. If you're stupid enough to incriminate yourself and post a specific address then that would be a problem.

Some do like to try and be as anonmous as possible, but country is OK surely, I guess if people dont want to they can either not respond or lie!

From timee to time BLrs do meetup, there have even been marriages.

I'm no longer concern myself too much, I kinda work in technology security, if you really wanted to know who someone was it's normally not that hard, and you can bet the feds can do it also.

In the UK (I don't know the law elsewhere) you cant incriminate yourself by posting here, it proves nothing and unless you are dealing they, mostly have better things to do than rais your house for that megre bit of weed by the side of your bed ;-)

To delete a post you use the Edit function (you have to click 'Go Advanced' after clicking Edit on the post). At the top of the page it brings you to is the option to delete it.

Hard to believe it was 8 years ago that I started posting here. I think lives have been saved along my path because of bluelight. Can't ever deny that!

^I have to tell all you young ones that it hits warp speed around 40 when suddenly a decade feels like it goes by at about the same rate that a year used to go by. At 60 all I can say is that is surreal. It makes gratitude for the present sooooo much easier though.:\
 
I'm 24 from the deep south in Tennessee, although I'm the opposite of a redneck. I love the music festival scene and recording local bands.

I know I'm not old in the scheme of things, I'm just amazed at how quickly it feels like it's gone by. Also, I just feel like I've run out of years to spend fucking up, and I want a few more!
 
^footscrazy, what kind of penguin is that, if it is one, I love flightless birds.

I'm 25, and live in the south eastern US. Yeah, I'm a southerner, but not your typical one at all. Trust me, I stick out here because I don't wear camouflage all day.
So Yeah, I like music festivals, building gaming/high end computers and racing motocross.
