Non-English Classics
Meaning legandary songs from other non-English speaking countries (in English or not).
So even if you don't understand the words there should still be something for you to enjoy. At least that's the way I intend it, or there's not much point. In other words - use discernment, only the best.
This old song is the definition of cool with the typical masculine, powerful, Alpha-male who looks best at the front of a rock-band. Or, what I would call a natural rockstar..
Used to HATE this song growing up, by the way, but now I've become a bit more de-sensitized and used to masculine energy I think it's really cool.
But that vocalist was one in a million - powerful sex symbol. Reminds me of my uncles on both sides. Or any girls who'd like to comment?
Oh, and I guess I should include the translated lyrics.
Stark, raving (mad)
Hi
Wherever you are in the world
It's nice to slumber in the shade
Keep awake, now things are sharpening up
Great Chief, squeeze a a little harder
Nag, nag, nag
All along the line
Monday all year long
And it's nothing to laugh about
But I just can't seem to help it
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)
I've had enough of slow traffic
And grumpy passengers with lifeless eyes
Oh, we're all living under the whip
Something tells me that I'm soon ready for paradise
To lie on my back, wallowing, and grinning
While I'm humming on a psalm
A psalm ...
Nag, nag, nag
All along the line
Monday all year long
And it's nothing to laugh about
But I just can't help it
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)
Stark raving (mad)

Wherever you are in the world

Keep awake, now things are sharpening up
Great Chief, squeeze a little harder
(I don't see the point of)
Nag, nag, nag
All along the line
Monday all year long
And it's nothing to laugh of
But I just can't seem to help it
Stark raving mad...
