Yes thank you. Crazy shit. Lucky for me that I usually stay well away from that crowd. A lot of people have today off too for "patriots day" and marathon Monday. At first they were saying that some people got hurt but, now there's a couple fatalities and like 30 injuries. Word is that the bomb, at least the first one was in a trash can but, that hasn't been confirmed.

Edit, my boy just told me that there was a third blast at the JFK library. I guess they're kinda keeping that one quiet. The governor is formally calling it an attack.

yeah im watching the news the one at JFK library i guess didnt hurt anyone..but if they are correct and only 2 people died, you would have to say that they wernt successful in what they did..they estimated 500k people along the marathon route and for 2 bombs to go off and only 2 people died, it has to bne a failure

i duno its not that important..commercials dont bother me really unless im watching a movie or a long tvshow(like vikings from last night...ill just record the first half hour or so and then start watching it and fast forward the commercials and by the end of the show im caught up and watching it live..

but with cable now a days ive got like 500channels, so when a commercial comes ill just switch to something else and if im watching is somethig i really want to watch, ill just leave it on during the commercial or record it anyways just in case i get caught up watching something else..and if i dont record it and miss it..most shows are generally on later on that night, or the next day and if not during the week at somepoint..so i can just set to record it then...

but theres not many shows that are that important that i need to watch and if i miss it and they dont replay it sometime during the week, that i would bother to download...to be honest i cant think of one show that would cause me to d/l it if i missed it and they didnt replay it..its just tv, theres too many channels and shows that you cant watch everything

i think hte only show i make it a point to wastch thats on normal tv and not the movie channelse like (HBO,amc,showtime..etc) is sharktank..thats one show that i tell my brother not to erAse after he watches it...60minutes, is anothe show that i try to watch everyweek

I think what Chinky meant is that it's a city in America and people of any number of ethnicity or religious backgrounds could've been victimized. The thing is that to these people anyone that doesn't share their extremist beliefs is the enemy. Terrorism is just a form of warfare used to scare or discourage and has been used since the beginning of civilization. In this case it's an act of desperation as there's just no way that they could win any type of war against us whether by attrition or otherwise.
