I'm asking the fucking questions!
Mid cycle here and having major problems with my right shoulder joint, been to the doctor and he said it seems like a tendon problem and has reffered me to a sports doctor (who will take weeks to get my appointment)

Always had problems with this shoulder though now is a lot worse than before.

Anybody got any tips on what I can do to help? Via supplements or anything else?
Don't want to stop this cycle I'm making insane gains for the first time

you probably want to do shoulder rehab excercises. stuff like the cuban curl and others. i would google that stuff.

The quantity of items proclaiming to help joint continues to grow quickly. You can not avoid the ads claiming that item or that certain can "help joint problems" as well as "cure arthritis". You really think these product or service really useful, Ask a medical expert before making use of anything at all.

Fish Oil Capsules are great for joints, mainly those high in omega-3's such as EPA and DHA. If you need a reconstruction, these can work out very well if you get a good specialist. I had a wrist recon and my reconstructed wrist is stronger than the normal one now! Plus I have an awesome scar...

Get the odorless Omega 3 so you don't have the fishy-tasting burps. My dad uses them for his joint pain from lupus.
The man at GNC told me they are also good for high blood pressure. ~highly recommended <3

Odorless omega 3? Does this stuff do the job?
Isn't it true that vitamins/tablets containing this stuff are useless because they are too much for the body to process at once?
Ill give them a bash come pay day, what price range am I talking for say a months supply?

I use a liquid fish oil in a bottle. Use one tea spoon daily of it. Kept in fridge so it stays cold and all you taste is the hint of lemon flavoring added to it. I take it at night so idk about fish breath except from people eating nasty pussy

Gelatin is supposed to be really good for connective tissue. I've heard several accounts of people rebuilding cartilage that way. Eat connective tissue of animals-not just the muscle meat. Eat sardines and canned salmon with the bones still in, fish and poultry skin, cartilage, offal, marrow, etc.

Collagen! Bone broth. Stuff like that.

I have been dealing with joint issues for years and I have found that they are three supplements that really work, Omega 3 is definitely good to use and it is worth spending a little extra to get high quality stuff. You should also take Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and Hyaluronic Acid. GNC sells this in a combined formula called Tri-flex here is a link http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4266766 Lastly there is a herb called Boswellia serrata which has anti-inflammatory properties and will help improve range of motion. I have heard of people taking shark cartilage pills but I have not tried them, there is some positive research on them and they do not cost a lot, so they might be worth a shot. Hope this helps

You are likely having shoulder problems because of your posture and form with lifts if this all came on slowly. Lacking full mobility of the cervical spine, thoracic spine, scapula, shoulder joint, elbow or wrist will affect the forces placed through the shoulder joint. The shoulder is a dynamic joint to requires high amounts of stability to perform properly. Without a good balance of rotator and scapular muscles you can run into impingement problems easily.

Go see a physio to have him assess your mobility and have him look at your form. Take a look at mobilitywod.com to search for some self-management techniques. Search for "tack and floss" for the shoulder. It works well.

Supplements for the joints will not make a marked difference in any short period of time. Glucosamine and Chondroitin has been shown with low evidence to reduce joint pain, but not by producing more cartilage. It is though to have some anti-inflammatory properties. It needs to be taken two times a day for 6 weeks. Fish oil may help.

Nandrolone Decanoate(Deca) or Nandrolone Phenyl Propionate (NPP) both will help with joint issues, they are great too. However - in some cases this is only a temporary solution and the pain might come back as you stop using them.
Other than that there is Peptides such as GHRP-6 , GHRP-2 and GRF mod 1-29 which all three combined helped me counter a rotatorcuff issue.

The problem I think is not form or posture, I think it may have occurred about 18 months ago due to a hard knock I got, I think I dislocated it at the time and got my friend to pull it back into place at a festival (was mosh pitting). Have had problems with it since, though only now is it getting to a point where its causing severe problems.
The pec dec (with light warm up set) is where it really went on me, and been sore since then about 4 weeks ago

Pec dec/Fly motions are all very unstable activities for an injured shoulder and in your case an apparently unstable shoulder. Most dislocations occur anteriorly, meaning the ball of the humerus is in front of the socket when it is out. Anytime you put your arm out with the palm facing forward you are setting the shoulder up for more problems.

1) Avoid activities in the gym that cause it pain
2) If you are in constant pain then you likely need to stay off the heavy lifting for a while until things are under control. Think 4-8 weeks of conservative management.

Good luck

a high quality fish/cod liver oil in a bottle from Spectrum or Carlson's will taste fine and you can smell and see if it is rancid. pills are almost guaranteed to be rancid after a certain point and have lost most or all of their benefit when that happens. you can cut them open to see if they're rancid, but that's about it. needless to say, store them in your fridge.

I will second Nandrolone is amazing for joints. I'll always include it in a low to moderate dose in a cycle just for that reason.

Yeah I avoid anything new and hyped to be honest, they all turn out to be shit, I've read that fish and possibly flax oils are good for joints so far

man I just started eating raw flax seeds and I swear to my still natural sized ballsack I feel so much better mentaly and the tinnitus is going away witch means spinal disc healing, and the joints are same stuff so....

get highest quality flax oil,the cold shit and double drop that with some fine krill/fish oil two three times a day, best supplementation I ever tried in my life,my brain feels like reborn
