The fish that comes in a bag and goes in the oven is one of the few things that exceeded my expectations when it comes to ready meal type stuff. Most shit that gets done in the oven for 15 minutes or microwaved is bland and looks a lot better than it tastes.

I'd love one now. It's too late to be eating and I've been putting it off for about 2hrs but I'm fucking hungry.

opiate muchies. Jelly beans n choc ices, maybe these microwave burgers when iv had this spliff. Fuck yeah %)

Well I just ate even though I said I wasn't going to, few crackers n cheese then found some salsa and garlic and herb dips in the fridge and started dipping these cracker / biscuit type things in. Munched fucking loads of them in the end and now I'm even more hungry.

fuckinghekl they sound lush, post a pic? Pies, chips n beans on a roll?!? bo comprende, sounds good though, except the beans, i hate beans

Just prepped some pickled vegs - salad - going to have it with with grilled chicken (tikka) with a mint and cucumber raita.

At it, yes, but apparently you do get Blaa rolls in Waterford.

I've selected a recipe for chilli con carne and printed it out but I just can't be arsed doing it. I will need to sniff some 3-MeO-PCP and get on the red wine. That will help.

Got my meat and veg in the frying pan simmering ready for the cottage pie, got the potatoes in the pan boiling ready so I can mash them the fuck up, should be too long, about 20-30 minutes and It will be ready for the oven. Im gonna leave it in the fridge though and then put it in the oven when my dad gets home so he can eat it fresh too. :)

My cottage pie before it is about to go into the oven :D

Cook it now - it tastes much better heated up :)

Think I've fucked up my pie, when I put it in the oven for 30 minutes I covered it. I am guessing I wasn't meant to cover it, now its more of a creamy mash on top of the meat and veg below, but it's not crispy mash, it's gonna be more like a soup or a stew with creamy potato than a cottage pie.

Just leave it in the hot oven uncovered for as long as possible - you could also just grill it for a bit and it would form a crust. If its still looking a bit dodgy then just grate some cheese on top (add a few dashes of Worchester sauce) and grill it until it goes crunchy.

If all else fails - serve lots of wine prior to eating and say you have made a 'rustic' pie :D
